"We had a wonderful time! Very convenient if you’re attending a concert or show at Rotterdam Ahoy, it’s right next to each other, with lots of parking space. Room was lovely, nice atmosphere in the bar and restaurant as well. Highly recommend!"

"Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay. It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location."

"Located in the heart of Rotterdam. Easy access to the central railway station. Plenty of eateries and C-store nearby. Tere is a shopping district within walking distance. Reasonable pricing. Most definitely my first choice for my next trip. At night, the streets downstairs are a little noisy but does not last till midnight."

"Was definitely a stay in won't forget (Unsatisfactory!). From the moment service starting whilst checking in another guest quite innocently was returning their key card as requested by a staff member was rudely brushed off, this set the tone for the majority of the further interactions from staff. Secondly i was having issue processing payment for a food delivery from an outside vendor and even though we kept ourselves off to the side of other guests we were met with a unwelcoming tone and unwilling to assist from reception staff despite a polite request to offer a solution. Thirdly I paid for late checkout at the point of checking in with the reception as I was aware I would require to sleep late as my visit meant quite a late return to the room from the previous night only to be awoken at the regular checkout time by unaware sanitation crew. My conclusion even though this is my 2nd stay with this Hotel (1st being during ongoing renovations) I shall not find myself back as this location. Very unsatisfactory service considering the cost for a 2 night stay"

"the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I called the hotel contact number for help after realizing I lost my small handbag somewhere. They collected my contact details right away and promised to look for me and contact me as early as possible. They called as promised even though my handbag wasn't there. Their dedication and kindness and professional service are so much appreciated!"

"Hotel location is good. Shopping mall all nearby, walking distance. The down part is the staircase leading to the hotel. We had to carried our heavy luggage (20kg) up the staircase. Maybe build a ramp for guest to just pull their luggage. Breakfast is good. The varieties of bread is good. Truly love and enjoy it. Except the location whereby we need to walk quite far from our hotel for 3 days. Treat it as an exercise."

"All is good, the only improvement is there is no hairdryer on the bathroom, which is quite normal in a hotel industry. Perfect location near the metro station, restaurant and to central station"

"I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Rotterdam and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away, making it very convenient whether you're looking to dine out or do a bit of shopping. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out—they were professional, approachable, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Their helpful attitude really added to the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel itself is well-maintained. The hallways are clean and even have a subtle, pleasant scent that creates a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch in the lobby, where free hot and cold drinking water is available for guests. The room was spacious and spotless, offering plenty of comfort to relax after a long day. Housekeeping clearly does a great job maintaining cleanliness and order. That said, there was one downside: my room faced the main road. While this might not bother everyone, I did notice that noise from passing vehicles—especially honking late at night—was quite audible and occasionally disrupted sleep. Overall, it’s a great hotel with strong service, cleanliness, and location. If you’re a light sleeper, it may be worth requesting a room that doesn’t face the road."

"The hotel itself is like a mini museum. Love the interior design! Staff are very friendly, there is no lift, but the kind staff helped me carried my huge suitcase all the way up to the 3rd floor. It’s be even better to have a kettle or hairdryer in the room. Had a comfortable stay, would definitely stay here again if I come back to visit Rotterdam! Thanks for the lovely stay!"
