The hotel is one of the oldest building in the city but the interior surprises me with comfort, elegance as well as cleanliness. The room is comfortable and clean but it does get noisy at night from the streets and the walkway. The hotel requires room card to access to room floors which ensures the safety of their customers. The stay was excellent and managed to had a good rest. Location wise, it's less than 15 minutes walk to the Rotterdam Centraal train station and there is a McDonald's opposite of the hotel which makes the hotel's location great. Overall it's was an amazing and pleasant stay.

I ran out of shampoo in the bathroom and didn't know how to replace it. The room was very cold even with the heating on. It was very big. The location is okay.

Good location in the heart of Rotterdam! Friendly staff who are happy to help you... you immediately feel at ease when you enter. The rooms are simple, but everything is there, the beds are comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel!!

Nice classic hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet with very friendly staff.
Unfortunately, room service is not possible every day. Wrongful double payment for the room was correctly resolved within a few days.
