Great
AAnna_VasiljevaThis is a beautiful, new, and modern hotel, set in a lovely, traditional building, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The room was spacious and featured a very comfortable large bed. The bedding was high-quality and exceptionally pleasant. The room came equipped with a coffee machine (with capsules), a kettle, and a selection of teas. A thoughtful touch was the inclusion of an iron and ironing board! In the bathroom, there's a spacious, modern shower, and all the complimentary toiletries – shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion – are of excellent quality. Our room had two large windows offering a pleasant street view. Next to the reception, there's a communal lounge where guests can help themselves to various machine coffees, teas, water, and fruit, all complimentary. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Many thanks!
GGuest UserThe location is great in the pedestrian zone and only 100 meters from the market hall with its many restaurants and eateries. Centraal and Erasmusbrücke are each a 20-minute walk away. Hotel is still very new, clean and modern. The rooms are rather small but very bright. The breakfast on the upper floor is worth the price. The reception staff is really very friendly, courteous and helpful. Gladly again.
AABCDEFGreatIt's a 5-minute tram ride from Central Station, so I think it's very convenient.
The hotel is a little old, but clean.
However, depending on the room you stay in, you may need to exit the reception area and enter through a separate entrance. Also, you'll need to climb some fairly steep stairs to the third floor, so be careful if you're carrying heavy luggage. The stairs are quite strenuous, even for men. Breakfast was included, and the selection was plentiful, on par with a typical hotel.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Ibis Rotterdam City Centre for three nights. The location is great and the staff were generally friendly, but unfortunately we had repeated issues with the room heating. On the first night, the heating in our room (112) was not working and we were very cold. Since no technicians were available at night, the reception could not offer a solution, and the problem was fixed the next morning.
However, on the third night the heating broke down again and started blowing cold air, this time only in our room. The staff were unable to fix it, so we had to change rooms late at night and move all our belongings to a new room. The new room worked fine, but the experience was quite inconvenient.
Having the same issue twice and needing to move rooms made our stay less comfortable than expected.
GGuest UserPerfect reception, we were too early but were able to leave our bag at the reception of the hotel opposite Emma. We got an upgrade, very happy with it. The hotel is perfectly centrally located in the city, with all possible restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was perfect, the bed wonderful, the shower powerful and the coffee delicious. We were also well served digitally, excellent television with an easy link to your own phone for casting. The speakers were also easy to operate. In short: super satisfied with this hotel.
GGuest UserGreat location. Walkable from central train station if you don't mind walking a bit. I felt safe at night walking the relatively busy streets. The last little bit is quieter, which is perfect because it makes it very quiet to sleep at this hotel. The room was very clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but not great. Plentiful though! And good coffee.
JJESUSGreat location, great price for single room taking in consideration it was high season, because of the marathon. Not the best smell around the hotel, is very evident is an old one but yet room was fine and cozy.
Morning girl staff, very nice and attentive, the man at night not very friendly.
Overall a great stay, and definitely recommended. I would book it again.
GGuest UserNo reception, opening expensively by telephone, was quite easy. Once inside, I was happy that someone was inside and he helped us further. No breakfast. We had a small hotel room. exactly good for us at that moment. Easy to reach with the metro ”Twenty-five”.
猴猴莫急Breakfast is a good appetite. The room is not big, the standard room has 2 small single beds, the mattress is a bit soft and can't stand it, and it can fall off even if it sits sideways. Even if you turn over at night, you are afraid of falling out of the bed. There are not enough hot pots, sometimes you won’t get it. There is a McDonald’s if there is less food around the place
