The stay experience was excellent. The lobby was grand, the room hygiene was very good, and breakfast was abundant and delicious. There's also a gym, which is great for daily workouts, and the location is convenient.

My stay at Novotel Rotterdam was generally good. The room was spacious, comfortable, and suitable for families. The sofa can also be converted into a bed, which is practical when travelling with children. However, there was some dust in the room, and it seemed that the air-conditioning system needed cleaning. Since the windows cannot be opened and no fresh air enters from outside, the air quality in the room was not as good as expected. The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. Their service was one of the main positive aspects of the stay. The hotel is located relatively far from the city centre. The nearest metro or tram station is about a 10-minute walk away, and it may take slightly longer when travelling with children. My view photos

我們入住的房間寬大而乾淨。 從火車站搭乘一站Tram就到。 酒店門面小，樓下的餐廳幾乎遮住了入口，我們在門口來回走了兩趟，才確定是到了。 房間本身很安靜，但奇怪的是，如果有人在樓梯間大聲講話，就聽得異常清晰。

Glad to find this place! It’s just across the cruise terminal so perfect for people going to cruise. Very clean hotel and staffs are friendly and helpful

Hotel’s location is superb, within walking distance of the river bank and popular shopping avenues. The room is small because it is Europe, but designed in the way that everything fits well and you don’t feel crowded or inconvenient. Smart technology allows you to control everything from an iPad. So it is compact but efficient for solo travelers in particular. BT the way, nice staff and good/clean reception area dubbed as a living room for socializing.

Good location, with a parking garage right at the doorstep. Cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was great.

This hotel is a great choice for business trips to Rotterdam. It's centrally located with lots of shops nearby. Both the bathroom and the room itself were quite comfortable. Being so close to the train station means you won't be rushing to catch a train to Amsterdam for your flight!

super nice location in centre of Rotterdam reminder : not everyday cleaning house ! my room and toilet light is not on ,but i stay 7days 6nights ,no one come to fix it ! and if u want to parking car ,is so terrible,don't park in this hotel, stupid and old school function, u have to call receptionist to open the lift , then u park inside ! but the lift is always out of services , sometimes cannot open ,sometimes cannot close ! almost every time waste 30mins for parking !

Quite a nice hotel that is very close to the flixbus bus stop. Water pressure and heater are great. The air condition gets quite cold but you can always ask the reception to adjust it. It's an old building so every sound made within the building is amplified. Apart from that it was a very good stay.
