The service at the front desk was terrible, the attitude was like you came to a house where they hate you. The girl behind the counter acted like we weren't even worthy of talking to her.
The pool was cold, about 18-19 degrees. We weren’t allowed onto the upper observation deck, arguing that there were only rooms there and there was no way out, but literally a few days later we watched people resting there.
But the hotel is located very conveniently, shops and the center are nearby. The hotel itself and the room are quite clean.
