Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel di recente ed abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. Ida, che gestisce la struttura, è carinissima, sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile con tutti gli ospiti. É stato davvero un piacere😊 Posizione strategica: vicino all'unica spiaggia libera di Ksamil così come al centro, senza peró essere in mezzo al ******. Letti comodi e stanza confortevole, unica pecca il bagno un po' piccolino,ma comunque funzionale, e l'insonorizzazione della stanza; fortunatamente eravamo tutti ospiti molto tranquilli quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi di alcun tipo. Colazione e caffé espresso TOP🤩

Abbiamo soggiornato per 14 giorni in questa struttura con una coppia di amici. E' un delizioso albergo alla fine del paese e lontano dal caos, il centro è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi e, comunque a due passi c'è un piccolo market e dei locali. Camere spaziose, pulizia giornaliera e cambio molto frequente della biancheria. Quest'anno la gestione è stata affidata a Rei e Koli insieme a Iola e Ida, tutte persone fantastiche e disponibili. Alla sera abbiamo quasi sempre cenato in albergo, cucina casalinga e ottimi prezzi. Le spiagge sono a 10/15 minuti a piedi, noleggiando l'auto in breve tempo si raggiungono spiagge incantevoli. Assolutamente consigliato

We insisted that we had already paid, showed them the booking code and after about 10 minutes they saw that we were correct. They should have apologized. Make sure the same doesn't happen to you!
Despite what happened, we liked the room, it is very spacious, has a minibar and the place is very new. It is an 8 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast is all-you-can-eat (unlike some places in Albania).
Apart from the misunderstanding about the payment, it was a good experience, but they should pay attention so that this does not happen to other customers. If we had made the double payment it would have been a big problem for us.

Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt en betaald. Gelukkig via ***********. Netjes een bevestiging gehad. Bij aankomst was het hotel dicht telefonisch niemand te bereiken. Uit eindelijk met behulp van *********** een ander hotel geboekt. Dag later zijn we nogmaals langs gereden en waren ze nog steeds dicht. Wat ons betreft niet betrouwbaar
