"Incredible hotel!!! Must stay! Nothing was ever too much trouble. We asked for extra pillows, Within minutes we had them. The guy on reception was amazing, he helped us with bookings, advice, taxis, gave us towels to take the the beach for the day. Mikel at the bar made us amazing drinks all day long, the pizza by the pool was perfect. The hotel and room was immaculate, super clean, modern ans the cleaners did a wonderful job daily making our room up. Nothing to fault and would recommend in a heart beat. It’s on a hill but you get used to it and I’d rather be there with that view and hotel than down in the heart of Ksamil - tranquil and fantastic! We’d go back for sure"

"We thoroughly loved our stay at Sunway hotel, and it was probably our favorite hotel in Albania (and we experienced some other great ones as well). The room itself is great, it was clean, looked new and well cared for, the bed was spacious, and there was room enough to open both our suitcases at the same time. Little details like a place to hang wet bathing clothes on the balcony and a waste bin in the room itself, was a cherry on the top. The best part about our stay, however, was the family, who owns the hotel. Dad stays at the hotel at night, mum makes the best breakfast with local and healthy ingredients, and the son takes good care of the guests. He is extremely kind, helpful, easy to talk with and taught us a lot about Albania, the area around Ksamil, and spoke about his life in general. Always interesting and welcoming, but never too much or intruding in any way. We had such a good time, and we'd love to be back! Top recommendations from my husband and I. "

"Nice room equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, fridge, terrace, but a request must be made because the rooms are cleaned every other day. The location is excellent, within walking distance there is everything: bars, restaurants, the promenade, clubs and disco. A little chaotic due to traffic, this doesn't depend on the hotel 😊 Recommended"
