As for the hotel, nothing to say, super good facilities. The downside is that the night we arrived, we arrived after check-in time (due to the delay of our flight), and despite having notified the situation in advance, they did not want to give us a solution. It wasn't until we arrived and insisted a little that in the end they sent us to an "apart hotel" very close and they assumed the cost. We understand that at that time the system did not allow them to give us our room, but having notified us 4 hours in advance, I think they could have done something more to help us, in short, there was not so much collaboration and desire to help from the hotel. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Nice new hotel, very clean. Breakfast really poor though, everything served cold even sausages and fried eggs.
Waste of time paying extra for jacuzzi room cause only one room has proper jacuzzi, rest of them just a bath with bit of bubbles in the bathroom.
Big plus for Netflix.

The Ilio Hotel was quite new, but there were some things not good. The bed sheets were loose, so they were all over the place. When showering, the whole bathroom was soaking wet because there was no shower curtain. The breakfast was included, but only after a little discussion.
And still had to pay for the coffee, 400 lek.

Franchement rien à dire tout est parfait je recommande fortement que ça soit l’emplacement, le confort et le prix mais surtout le réceptionniste personne très aimable et bienveillant.
Dommage que je n’ai pu gardé l’oreiller en souvenir car il était très confortable.😌

Hotel was really lovely. Room was incredibly clean and well looked after. Hotel felt clean and staff were friendly. Hotel was roughly 5 minutes walk from the beach and bars/restaurants. Amazing price for the room and would 100% stop again.

Horrible service! The hotel is very dirty! The worse customer service ever! The owner is a nasty person who yells at people and doesn’t help anyone with their requests. It is the worst experience ever!

Pesimo, habiamos hecho una reservacion y nos la han cancelado 2 dias antes sin ninguna motivacion. NO LO RECOMIENDO te dejan en la calle y el personal no sabe hablar ni ingles ni espanol, lo cual dificulto mas la comunicacion.
