El hotel oferta habitaciones con terraza o balcón. En mi caso me dieron una habitación en la planta baja que tenía que compartir con 3 habitaciones más y una casa particular. Si quería intimidad tenía que tener las cortinas echadas todos el tiempo. El baño se innundaba cada vez que me duchaba y aunque no tenía que usar el ascensor, este tenía un cartel de fuera de servicio, con el aspecto de llevar allí muchos tiempo. Por lo demás, está situado en la carretera principal, cerca de dos supermercados y numerosos sitios para comer. La playa puede quedar a 20 minutos andando.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, le camere sono grandi belle e pulite tutto nuovo. La colazione varia e buonissima dal dolce al salato ed il caffè espresso è super. Antonio il direttore dell'hotel è una persona meravigliosa , ci ha fatto sentire a casa per qualsiasi cosa lui é sempre pronto a dare consiglio su cosa fare e vedere o mangiare e se c'è un problema lo resolver. Noi siamo ripartiti alle 4 di mattina e lui ci ha preparato la colazione take away insomma Antonio é il cuore del Class Hotel.

Hotel ist neu, die Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Badetücher und Handtücher werden jeden Tag gewechselt. Zimmer ist ausreichend geräumig und mit Balkon ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und ausreichend. Das Hotel besitzt auch eine Tiefgarage. Lage sehr nah zum nächsten Strand und zum Zentrum. Leider liegt das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße und trotz gut isolierte Fenstern ist es ein wenig laut. Die Zimmer die nach hinten ausgerichtet sind haben leider eine Aussicht auf einer Baustelle. Alles in einem ist der Ausblick von den Balkonen nicht so schön. Einige Silikonfugen gehören im Bad ausgetauscht- sind bereits mit Schimmel. Trotz Nichtraucher Zimmer rauchen manche Gäste und durch die Lüftung hatten wir den Rauchgeruch in unser Zimmer. Der Kühlschrank ( Minibar ) in unserem Zimmer 207 war sehr laut. Trotz Kleinigkeiten hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

La seule chose que je regrette , j’y suis venu l’année dernière , c’est le lit , ils n’ont pas de lit double c’est 2 lit simple colle et la nuit tu tombe entre les lits donc tu dors mal , c’est vraiment dommage … après juste un petit grill pour le pain serrait top , et le jus vert ou orange le matin c’est vraiment deguelasse … un jus de fruit coûte 1€ le litre et ça change tout d’ailleurs je suis aller à l’épicerie le 2nd réveil en acheter car leurs jus c’est horrible. Sinon mis a part cela c’est top ! Minibar payant , l’année dernière non mais chaque chose change en 1 ans …

Hotel nuovo, pulito in posizione strategica, si raggiungono facilmente a piedi le spiagge ed è sulla statale comodo per raggiungere Saranda. La colazione essenziale, dolce e salata, personale disponibile a consigliare, Wifi veloce, garage per le auto. Il direttore, Antonio, persona cortese, simpatica educata pronto ad evadere qualsiasi richiesta e parla italiano correttamente. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno a ksamil.

Since the moment my family and I set in the hotel we felt like home.the food was delicious with traditional recipe and you could choose everything to be cooked.the staff was super nice and the hotel very and clean. I Hope them to continue the good work for the next season. The beach was like 10 min away but totally worth it.

Отличный отель. Очень рада, что выбрала его. Отличный персонал, хорошие завтраки, просторные номера с балконами с сушкой. До моря придётся пройти, зато здесь тихо, есть подземный паркинг и всё новое. Могу рекомендовать отель для поездки.

Great 4* hotel, with a everyday cleaning service, very kind staff that helped us with anything we asked (car service for exemple), money exchange etc. The breakfast is the best part - very diverse and tasty with local food and international food. If you want a tasty coffee you must order it at the bar and is payable but worth it, since you can't find in Albania good coffee. The hotel has lots of parking spots (outside and underground). Overall everything was perfect! * Points to improve: mattress

I am very pleased with everything that this hotel offers. Spacious rooms, cleaned sheets and room every day . Delicious breakfast , friendly staff , great service. It takes only 7 minutes to get to the beach. I will definitely recommend this experience and will be back again.
