Very friendly and helpful owner. Breakfast including lots of choices, many dishes homemade and served on the terrace.
We'd loved to stay another night but there were no rooms available for the weekend.

This was a lovely new hotel. We were met with a warm welcome and shown straight to our room even though we were a little early. Breakfast was lovely - buffet style on the rooftop terrace with lots of options including homemade traditional delights and fresh coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that due to the hard floors, you could hear guests moving around in the room above. You could also hear some noise from the adjoining rooms and the corridors.

An excellent choice for Ksamil - a clean and modern hotel, with a spacious pool side area and rooftop bar for breakfast. The owners were very welcoming and super helpful. The room had everything needed, and the bed and pillows were top quality. Highly recommended!

The hotel was lovely and clean, and when we arrived at 8:30pm, the host was very friendly. But unfortunately it just got worse. There was a blackout of all electricity in Ksamil and this particular hotel did not have any backup generator, unlike other hotels. This meant no electricity or water. We were unable to get water, go to the toilet, shower or use the AC (in 36°C heat) from 9pm until nearly 12:30am. The host was apologetic and we understand it wasn’t his fault. When we checked out in the morning, we politely asked if we could have a small discount as we had an extremely late night and were unable to use the basics facilities. The host got aggressive, shouted at us and made us leave the hotel threatening to call the police.
We disputed this with ********** who did absolutely nothing and said they can only offer refunds if the hotel approve it (?!). Really do not recommend.

Frühstücken auf der Dachterrasse mit sehr schönem Ausblick
tolles Frühstücksbuffet, uns hat nichts gefehlt
Tatsächlich habe ich keine negativen Punkte gefunden. Das Hotel ist nicht vergleichbar mit den Hotels in der Umgebung. Optisch ist es weit über dem Standard. Der Pool ist schön sauber und der Strand ca. 7-8 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden bei einem weiteren Besuch von Ksamil wieder dieses Hotel aussuchen.

We had a great time at this family-run hotel. Ledion and his relatives were amazing hosts, always helpful and polite. The hotel is new and spotless, the pool is great and it has a good location (about 7 minutes away from the beach and 2 minutes away from the supermarket and some nice restaurants). The breakfast was plentiful and bar prices were fair.
We liked it so much that we ended up extending our stay for another 3 nights.

Very modern and clean rooms. Friendly staff, lots of restaurants around the property, although because we came in off season (early oct) most places were closed. The rooms are not sound proofed very well so it was quite noisy early in the morning. Could be because we were on the 1st floor though.
