Beautiful, spacious and very clean apartments with comfortable beds and pillows. There’s everything you need in the room, including a kitchen and a washing machine and some laundry detergent. Huge windows with a view, two AC units, two queen beds. Very nice and welcoming owner who makes sure everything is going great, nice people at the reception as well. There’s a supermarket and a coffee shop inside the residence and you’re within walking distance of many restaurants, the Petronas twin towers and the Suria KLCC mall.

Good location, clean room, great amenities, good service, great for family. The only need to take note is elevator have to wait, especially during check in and check out time.

Close to the twin tower, but not close to the other attractions. There are not too many food choices around. But the place is clean and staff are helpful. We don’t have to wait long for staff to check out! That’s great.

The room was more spacious than i thought it was. The room and the bed was comfortable to stay with my girlfriend. The view from the room staring the skyscrapers was immensely beautiful especially on the roof top swmming pool. Overrall the cleanliness of the room was fairly clean and the service was great. Waiting the lift took quite some time during peak hours for meals but the overall experience was good. Definitely will visit again!

The check in and check out was so easily. The room has everything you need the view was fabulous. Less then 10 minutes walking to KLCC I would love to visit it again

Firstly lift was too slowly to use. Secondly customers service attitude quite poor. They are too many departments to in charge specify issue. Our room tv was not function, when we try call frontdesk, it been tell will transfer to others department to settle. After waiting long transfer call, just simply told us to try few time on the tv ourself instead of visit our room to help settle. And no provided mineral water, brush kit and slippers. When we try ask, them told us don’t expect like hotel service, this just an apartment.

The place is as good as described. Just too many people living here ends up crowdy elevator. The swimming pool at the top floor can actually see half of the Menara Berkambar Patronas just a bit blocked by the hotel in front.

View was adorable But we ordered taxi at the reception and the price was insane Just use app to order taxi

Pros: 1. Convenient to travel by Grab 2. Infinity pool 3. Rm5 for parking 4. Huge room w 2 Queen beds Cons: 1. Floor mat doesn't serve its purpose as didn't dry our feet after shower. Suggest to provide cotton floor mat instead of rubber mat. 2. WiFi is slow. 3. Suggest to mop the floor with better floor cleaner cos the moment we step in the floor is sticky. 4. Lift gets busy by 9am. So propose to check out either before 9am or after 11am.

The place was even better than the pictures! Amazingly clean, modern, cozy, quiet, equipped with anything someone might need to feel at home and more importantly everything worked perfectly. A few minutes walk from the twin towers, shopping centers and nigh markets. Mr. Erfan was extremely kind and helped us a lot with our stay, we really appreciate it. Ps. Don’t forget to try the swimming pool and gym on 47th and 48th floors!
