The service attitude of the hotel management was very good, and they were enthusiastic to help me find my things and give them to my friends as soon as they were left in the hotel. It was a very pleasant travel experience

Host DESPERATELY needs to work on communicating with visitors. I’m unsure if host is local or not but please improve on that. Room was shown that there will be a bathtub. I even texted the host to make sure to which he said there was two bathrooms with a bathtub yet when we were there, no bathtub was found and host said it was the wrong room when what was said initially very different. We were also not able to use the TV in the unit initially due to it being broken and there was a big line in the center. While the room looked clean at first, upon further inspection it can be seen that the the bed was dusty and wasn’t very obvious due to the dark blue sheets. But the toilet and living room was clean so not complaints on that except for the non-existing bathtub :/ There was also no ventilation in the room as none of the windows could be open. Amenities provided were towels, toothbrush, two cups, four small bottles of water, a few cutleries and a hairdryer. The highlight of the stay was certainly the infinity pool. Amazing view and the only reason the room was tolerable. Otherwise the room is definitely not worth the stay.

The infinity pool is a must-visit when visiting Kuala Lumpur. It is really a great photo op. The apartment has good privacy. Check-in and check-out are also very smooth. There are no obstacles to docking.

Booked a family room, the room was big but nothing special, no service, there was a front desk on the first floor, it was actually the property management office, the whole building was similar to a business apartment building in China, the mattress was just a sheet, the toilet was stained, I flushed it myself, the worst thing was that the electronic lock on the door was broken after I went out, I went to the front desk on the first floor, contacted the landlord for more than 20 minutes, and finally opened the door. The view of the rooftop swimming pool is OK, people checking in are like dumplings, but this is the only highlight, everyone should avoid it!

I went there just for its infinity pool and the view of the twin towers. The whole building of Eaton Apartment is a homestay building divided by small owners. You must contact the landlord in advance to get the electronic door lock password and room card, or reserve the WeChat number when booking and wait for the landlord to contact you, otherwise it will be very troublesome to contact the landlord, especially for check-in after 10 pm. We changed from another hotel because we were going to Malacca that day. We had to store our luggage before 8 am, so we had to ask their staff to come early in the morning. The storage fee was 10 Malaysian ringgits, but I had to pay him 35 Malaysian ringgits for taking a taxi early in the morning, but no matter what, at least we didn’t have to go to Malacca with our suitcases. The room the landlord gave us was very good, on the 49th floor, with the twin towers diagonally facing the window, which was great for taking pictures. It feels like the landlord divided a house into four rooms, ABCD, for rent. Everyone uses the password to get the room card and door lock from the mailbox downstairs, and check in by themselves. The landlord can't be seen throughout the whole process. The infinity pool is on the 51st floor, and the 50th floor is the gym. It was late at night when we went there, and the security check was not strict. With 2 cards, 3 people entered the swimming pool. The next morning, the security was obviously very strict. Each person had to have a card. However, if you are not wearing a swimsuit and tell him that you are just taking pictures and not going into the water, you can also enter. Of course, English communication skills are required. Also, the swimming pool is open only at 7 o'clock in the morning on Fridays, and at 8:30 on other days. The room is very small, with ordinary facilities and sanitary conditions. There is no safe, which is comparable to domestic three-star express hotels. Because it is really for the scenery, lower expectations, and it is acceptable. As for the surrounding area, there are indeed no living facilities. There are no convenience stores or restaurants within one kilometer. You have to take a taxi by GRAB anyway. Everyone should be mentally prepared for this. Overall, the scenery is invincible and the price is not low. If it is purely for checking in, staying for one day is enough

The location of the hotel is very good! ! You can clearly see the Twin Towers! ! The night view of the swimming pool is very beautiful at night. You can take pictures when you are not crowded. You need to bring your room card with you when you go to the swimming pool (one per person)! !

It's so rubbish that I can write a thousand-word essay to complain about it. Dirty, messy and poor!!! The washing machine still has the underwear of the previous customer!! Hair, stains and unknown liquids on the bed!!! It's really disgusting🤢 and there's a peculiar smell. We checked in and found no front desk. We were asked to go to the first floor and there was a security guard to receive us. We also paid 30 Malaysian ringgits for our luggage storage. As a result, when we went to the luggage reception, they said there was no such service at all. So who is making money in the middle? ? The room wireless password is also wrong, the water in the swimming pool is also very dirty, and there is no one to check out. The room card was finally handed over to the security guard, who said it was none of their business. It was written so nicely, and the reception was in Chinese, English and Malay. It's really speechless!!! Sanitation: Poor Facilities: Poor Environment: Disgusting Service: No service

The room was nice and clean. The main thing was to go to the swimming pool upstairs. It was a thunderstorm and I encountered a super beautiful sunset. No filter! I was drowned in a sea of oranges🧡🧡🧡🧡

The room type is OK. The swimming pool on the 51st floor faces the twin towers, which is very good. There is a viewing pool on the first floor, but there is no light. I accidentally fell when I went to get the room card. It would be better if there was a warning fence. The rest is perfect. The elevator is creaky and fast, which is much better than the face. There is a bedroom without a window

The swimming pool is unbeatable and the view is really great! The space is definitely enough for 2 people, and the kitchen can also be used for simple cooking. If you are not used to eating here, you can cook something by yourself. Highly recommended!

Worst room ever Hygiene: It's dirty and smelly. There is a smelly sock in the cabinet at the entrance. There is no aunt to clean it. She probably hasn't even changed the sheets. There is a smell on the quilt. There is no shower gel on the day of check-in and they will not come to add it. It costs 10 yuan per suitcase to store luggage. There are paper towels under the bed and a lot of dust. Environment: Very dirty...not recommended to stay. For a B&B that costs almost 1,000 yuan, it is better to stay in another hotel.

The sanitary environment is quite good. It's not as bad as what was said online. The location is also good and it's not far from anywhere. The view outside the window is also great. You can check in at three o'clock and store your luggage for 15 bucks per piece.
