Host DESPERATELY needs to work on communicating with visitors. I’m unsure if host is local or not but please improve on that. Room was shown that there will be a bathtub. I even texted the host to make sure to which he said there was two bathrooms with a bathtub yet when we were there, no bathtub was found and host said it was the wrong room when what was said initially very different. We were also not able to use the TV in the unit initially due to it being broken and there was a big line in the center. While the room looked clean at first, upon further inspection it can be seen that the the bed was dusty and wasn’t very obvious due to the dark blue sheets. But the toilet and living room was clean so not complaints on that except for the non-existing bathtub :/ There was also no ventilation in the room as none of the windows could be open. Amenities provided were towels, toothbrush, two cups, four small bottles of water, a few cutleries and a hairdryer. The highlight of the stay was certainly the infinity pool. Amazing view and the only reason the room was tolerable. Otherwise the room is definitely not worth the stay.

We changed from another hotel because we were going to Malacca that day. We had to store our luggage before 8 am, so we had to ask their staff to come early in the morning. The storage fee was 10 Malaysian ringgits, but I had to pay him 35 Malaysian ringgits for taking a taxi early in the morning, but no matter what, at least we didn’t have to go to Malacca with our suitcases. The room the landlord gave us was very good, on the 49th floor, with the twin towers diagonally facing the window, which was great for taking pictures. It feels like the landlord divided a house into four rooms, ABCD, for rent. Everyone uses the password to get the room card and door lock from the mailbox downstairs, and check in by themselves. The landlord can't be seen throughout the whole process. The infinity pool is on the 51st floor, and the 50th floor is the gym. It was late at night when we went there, and the security check was not strict. With 2 cards, 3 people entered the swimming pool. The next morning, the security was obviously very strict. Each person had to have a card. However, if you are not wearing a swimsuit and tell him that you are just taking pictures and not going into the water, you can also enter. Of course, English communication skills are required. Also, the swimming pool is open only at 7 o'clock in the morning on Fridays, and at 8:30 on other days. The room is very small, with ordinary facilities and sanitary conditions. There is no safe, which is comparable to domestic three-star express hotels. Because it is really for the scenery, lower expectations, and it is acceptable. As for the surrounding area, there are indeed no living facilities. There are no convenience stores or restaurants within one kilometer. You have to take a taxi by GRAB anyway. Everyone should be mentally prepared for this. Overall, the scenery is invincible and the price is not low. If it is purely for checking in, staying for one day is enough
