Nice clean apartmen.t nice helpful host or done via whatsapp security is strong at this building but they were very friendly. Rooms have great view and everything you need . Pool very big and quiet there is also a convince store by the pool gym is also very good .

The apartment was very comfortable for me and my friend. Although close to the metro train station, it was still a 20 minutes walk in very humid weather. I wasn’t very happy with the “restaurant” on the communal floor. My friend and I are foreigners and she put a mask on after noticing, she had already served an Asian man without a mask so I got very annoyed about it.

It's a 2 bedroom apartment. Suitable for family. Good location, reasonable price.

The deposit 200rm could only be paid in the form of bank transfer or cash which is a huge inconvenience for travelers who doesn’t want to be left with a whole bunch of currency they can’t use, and the paying method was not stressed on the platform’s description. The first person from whatsapp was not understanding of our situation of having less than 200 in cash nor have the 2 apps that they accept for bank transfer. Luckily the second person from the sales team was helpful and nice enough to accept our 100rm for the deposit, but the guy that was supposed to refund us the money was 20 minutes late which cut back a lot of our time for the airport. Overall the experience really ****** but the room itself is quite decent.

Best experience ever apartment! Upon arrival, the place looks like an luxury apartment mansion that requires you to register prior to take keys but just for check-in. Other than that, the unit, facilities especially swimming pool is so high end ! We even extended our stay 😍

Actually, the price/performance ratio is quite high, but I don't know whose dog barked all afternoon in the hotel, and I didn't even have a good nap. Then I called the SOS monitor in the room but no one answered. I had to go downstairs to find the doorman, but he was told that he couldn't do anything. It was really depressing. Didn't the house rules say that dogs were not allowed? Mainly, it felt like no one cared, and there was no one to contact.

The decoration is average, but the room is big, and both rooms have bathrooms. The security is good, but on the first day, we were late for the flight and they were off work, so we couldn't contact them. We changed hotels temporarily. I think since we prepaid the room fee, if the agreed time didn't come, we should call, but we didn't. Then in the middle of the night, we two adults and two children temporarily found another hotel, so the service was convenient, so I give it an average. The swimming pool on the 7th floor is nice, and it is also convenient for friends to visit.

The facilities are good and the price is great. My family is also satisfied. I would like to use it again next time I come to Kuala Lumpur.

All facilities and equipment in the room are very new Everything you can imagine for home use is available The best thing is that there are two independent rooms, which makes you feel like you are at home. You definitely have to try the swimming pool, the water is big and clear. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I go to Kuala Lumpur Although the location is not in the city center, you can take Grab to get in and out of Kuala Lumpur, so it’s not a big problem.

好污糟，不論係床上用品定係咩都好污糟，有好多人使用過的痕跡，種要好多蟻，而周圍環境算方便，但係好吵，唔知係因為近馬路定係咩，夜晚訓覺聽到車聲，好吵

The room is very clean and large. It has complete facilities and is very cost-effective. It is not far from the Petronas Twin Towers. It is highly recommended.
