The location is excellent, right by the Hongshan subway station. The room was on a high floor and quite spacious. Xiao Xin, one of the staff, was very friendly and welcoming, helping us promptly with any issues. Thumbs up!

all went well. Are nice service apartments, not far from the metro station and good price. 

Facilities: All basic accommodation needs are met, and complimentary toiletries are provided, which is very convenient. Hygiene: The room was spotless, cleaned meticulously by the staff. The room itself was incredibly spacious! Environment: Right opposite are the Shenzhen Art Museum and Library, plus the Happy Mahua Theater – it's fantastic! Super convenient. Service: The front desk lady had an excellent service attitude. I was temporarily stranded in Shenzhen due to a typhoon, and she reminded me to close windows and doors when checking in. When I went out for dinner and it started raining, she proactively offered a free umbrella loan, which was very thoughtful! Overall, this was an unexpected pleasant surprise. The stay experience was great, and the service attitude was a huge plus! I would definitely come back if I have the chance!

The floor, tables, chairs abit dusty. And there is something looks like peels leaving on the chairs as picture.

This is my second time staying here, and after comparing it with a few other places, I still chose this one. Free parking, spacious rooms, and a really good price!

I chose this apartment for a project in Shenzhen, and it really felt like home. It's on a high floor, so it's quiet and comfortable. Great value for money, and the subway is just a short walk away.

Stayed for one night on a business trip. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is located near the high-speed train station, making transportation very convenient. Breakfast was good. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

This hotel is super convenient for business trips with colleagues. It's right next to Tianhong Plaza in Longhua District. There are plenty of breakfast spots downstairs, and getting around is a breeze since it's located in the city center business district.

Facilities: Met expectations. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Excellent location, just one subway stop from Shenzhen North Station. It's a 5-minute walk to Hongshan Station (Line 4 and Line 6), and right next to the large Hongshan 6979 shopping district. Service: Decent, but the high floor offers great city views.

This stay with my parents and child was absolutely fantastic! It truly felt like home. The location was easy to find, and it was clean and hygienic. We could even enjoy the night view from the living room, which was an amazing experience. The air conditioning was also very powerful, especially considering the hot weather! The hotel even prepared little gifts and candies specifically for the child, making both the elderly and the child very happy.
