The hotel was really food, the only issue i had was with the transportation from newport to cardiff which is not hotel’s fault, but just something to keep in mind. The public transportation is really bad on the weekends

Very Nice hotel for a family between Cardiff and Newport. Cardiff city center is just 20 min drive and a meat restaurant is just 3 min drive which makes a good family supper. Rooms are cosy and clean. All the amenities are included. Breakfast is included in every booking and can’t be canceled, but it seems very good for me for being not continental one . Variety of food is just eggs and beans in case the visitor doesn’t eat pork. Corn flakes are available . I like this place as we need to have a stay there every few weeks.

We like it in holiday inn .you get a lovely breackfast .And its really clean .The staff are the best .Hope to be going again soon

Fabulous hotel

Good location and good pub food next door.

We booked 2 large rooms and 1 small room on trip.com. When we arrived, the customer service staff told us that we had only booked a room for 2 people + a sofa. They were very nice and helped us add an extra bed. The breakfast is rich and the price includes breakfast, which is a good choice.

The hotel has a parking lot, which is easy to park and has many parking spaces. The room is well equipped, has plenty of space and feels comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style and the food is good.
