Great location not far from all the shops. Check in was easy and check out not until 12 and included breakfast. A great deal for a good price . Perfect for what we wanted

Lovely one night stay, close to the Arena. Discounted parking also available nearby. Breakfast wasn't great but filled a hole. Would definitely stay again.

This was as our first time staying in Leeds, hotel was in a good place for us not far from the arena, where we booked tickets to see Lewis capaldi, very welcoming staff and very helpful for people not from the area, we didn't add breakfast to our booking but was glad we could still pay for it in the morning and was great price too, room was lovely and clean and perfect for our stay very pleased with everything would definitely recommend and would definitely be using again if we come back to Leeds again.

Overall an acceptable stay. The fire alarm went off accidentally one night which is a huge disturbance. No oral cleaning nor slippers. Wifi is not free.

I can’t get more grim than this. The rooms are awful. The first floor rooms have filthy windows which look out on to a flat roof which is covered in random rubbish and syringes. See my photos! The carpet had so many stains. I spent three nights for work there and couldn’t wait to get out. I spent free time just walking around the city so I didn’t have to be in the room. Breakfast is dire. One positive is the staff are all lovely. Avoid this place. It will depress you!!

Run at the corridor, the air is very stiff, after open the room, there is strong smell of urination, I wonder why the cleaner not reported. We tried to keep the bathroom close to contain the smell. We booked a double room, but the room has one chair only, so we can not sit or work together or take food together, one has to constanty sit on the bed. We wifi cause extra after 30min. All these are so unfriendly afterall we paid for the convience and it is not all the good service.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful, hotel clean/tidy and quiet ,room was spacious and it had a comfortable bed,breakfast was freshly cooked every morning and there was plenty of seats to sit at ,evening meal was nice as well, it wasn’t to much trouble for the staff when we asked for a few changes to the menu food was great a great experience throughout. Thank you.

The door to my room was really thin and because I was beside the lift I could hear people talking all night. I got woken up multiple times.
