There is 1 elevator. Apart from being very shabby, the rooms are also a bit dirty, plus there is a specific smell (possibly from smoking in the room). A bunch of small ants, don’t leave a cup of cola for 10 minutes, they will immediately stick around! And it seems like you can’t see them... Breakfasts are probably only good for Indians. From edibles - watermelon, boiled eggs, toast bread, once the sausages seemed to be chicken and scramble eggs. The fried noodles/rice look good, but the taste is very questionable. Probably 90% of the hotel is filled with Indians (what kind of quarter is that contingent). The numbers in the descriptions of Agoda and Trip do not match the categories. I lived in one huge one, booked on this website, the second room from Agoda was the same size as in Hong Kong. And the category in the description is the same. But that’s not the point, both have the same problems. And yes, the sockets are exclusively Malaysian format; adapters are not provided.

Very disappointed with the stay. only positive is its location for who wants to stay in the Masjid India area . Located above Hanifa department store , do not have a parking space. Rooms are very okayish and nothing like in the photos. Breakfast has dosa counter and it’s ok. All things said above can be even adjusted but the main problem is lift availability. they have two lifts and most cases only one works and had to wait for half an hour for the lift and once Myself and elder parents had to climb down the stairs from 10th floor. That hurts.

A very nice surprise. A clean well maintained 3 Star Hotel that is value for money. Nice big room I had and a comfortable bed. Bathroom is nicely done. Definitely worth the money. Easy to move into the city from there and also to find. They have basement parking. Many food places close by.
