Spacious and comfortable, with two air conditioners in the living room.
The hotel is new overall, but it seems that not every detail has been cleaned.
In keeping with the concept of being environmentally friendly, there is only one bath towel per person, and no other amenities.
They do not provide fresh water at the front desk, and you have to ask the cleaners at cleaning time.
The pool and other areas are almost private, which was nice.
Breakfast is expensive, but the croissants were delicious, and you can choose how you want it cooked.

Very basic studio. No daily housekeeping. Had to request for hand towels & paper towels for kitchen.
Parking was a huge hassle coz had to drive up to level 7A to allocated lot to enjoy free parking.

The reception service was bad and the management charged you for the wear and tear in the room which was unacceptable. We were asked to pay RM500 for the sofa which had a broken stool. The funny thing was we informed the reception about the broken stool the day we checked out and we were told that if we told them the day before we will not be charged and since we only informed them when we check out we are liable to pay for the damages which was a ridiculous excuse. NOT EVER GOING TO STAY AT THIS POORLY RUN PLACE AGAIN.
