One of the best hotel in bukit Bintang area. Bfast was good. Was there to celebrate my wife birthday as well as our wedding anniversary. Turns out, they give us a complimentary upgrade to a suite room and a special cake to commemorate the occasion. Will definitely return again in the future.

This is the second time stay in this hotel . This is the best location hotel in KL ! It’s opposite the pavilion shopping for woman! it’s a few minutes to petaling street where we can find good food ! Hotel also provided a good service while I check in hotel . The reception in hotel upgraded our room in KL , we had a very good view from our room !!!! Plus The room is clean , provide good amenities & good facilities ! I had a good massage in hotel spa , I enjoyed the GYM , everything it’s perfect for a short stay for me ! I would like to give this hotel a big “like “👍🏻

We had a fantastic experience and stay at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur. Everything was perfect. I am so glad we booked the club executive King room which entitled us to all the club facilities, especially the executive lounge. We had breakfast and cocktails at the lounge and the service provided was impeccable. Will definitely return to stay at JW Marriott if I travel to Kuala Lumpur again. Thank you!

Hotel size is big. Location is awesome ! Staffs are all friendly and stun to receive a birthday cake in my hotel room. Swimming pool located at level 6 and good for families to chill at this hotel. Few steps away from those major shopping malls.

This hotel is very accessible. Plenty of food options around ranging from street hawkers, cafe, lounges, malls & restaurant. Short walk to Jalan Alor for their night market too. Bed was very comfortable and staff kept the room clean daily. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again.

The hotel located strategic at bukit bintang. Just beside The Pavilion. Room is very nice and clean. Very recommended.

Our home away from home whenever we're in Kuala Lumpur. It never disappoints us. The breakfast is also worth a 5* We even found a delicious chocolate cake in our room because we had mentioned at check in that we were celebrating our anniversary 🥂.

Good service from the staff. Lots of greeting. Clean. Locations was perfect with lots of shopping.

Great for its location. Staff service was excellent. Was given free upgrade and late check out. Breakfast was just so so, not much of a variety. Disappointed not a slice cake was given on my birthday.

Food in executive lounge need improvement

Well located at heart of Bukit Bintang. Pavillion mall is right across the streets. Walking distance to Jalan Petaling food street. The is a 7 Eleven around the corner. Staff is polite and special mention to Front desk staff Rebecca for accomodating our early check in request. Breakfast spread is awesome and the dining area is huge. no worries on the Q in the morning
