There are many additional charges to beware of, accommodation wise is awersome

The best moment ever .❤️ the apar**ent was so big . The view was nice and everythings is good for . Gonna repeat again

The place was cozy and suits for group travellers. The room view was nice too! However the check in service was hassled and the deposit refund was slow as they promise to refund in 24 hours.

The room was dirty and messy, there was no hot water, the person in charge could not be found when checking in, arbitrary charges were charged, and other additional fees were charged after check-in.

The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and *******. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from ******* bookings. Upon checking-in we found the kettle was not working, water heater needs to be switched on an hour and half before it came be used, WiFi router was not working because the main breaker kept tripping. They also send notes that extras to be charged for extra things and late check-out. Can you kindly seriously look into this matter as I had bad experience and I am not going recommend this place to anyone for staying. Thank you
