After a long flight, I booked one night. We arrived late at night, and were quickly checked in. The room was mediocrely clean, and the water in the sink drained poorly. The bed and mattress were comfortable with snow-white sheets. The view from the window was good. The breakfast was normal, scrambled eggs, coffee, pancakes, etc. It would do for one night.

Stayed twice in this hotel during my trip, in our first leg for 4 nights, everything was perfect we had booked the family triple room. But during our second leg for 3 nights, things weren't that smooth, we had to book the deluxe room with extra bed as the family triple room was not available, the room we got had ac issues complained at front desk so they said wait for 15 to 20 minutes for the room to cool, but it didn't. Then, they sent their housekeeping staff to clean the air filters, but still, it didn't help. Was offered a stand fan to pass the night, but i didn't accept that as i had paid for ac room. Then, finally, at 2 a.m, went down to the front desk, and my room was changed that night.
Hand towels aren't provided. And so are the extra pillows, though they provided me one after requesting at front desk.
This all things one side, but the location is ideal close to the MRT, which is very important while travelling with family.
