Swimming pool still need to pay 10 ringgit to use it. Never had such experience before like this. The aircon inside the room was spoilt and not cold at all. Will not stay this apartment again for my family.

The worst experience in a hotel ever. I don’t understand why trip.com put this hotel on the front page. It’s not walking distance from anything so you still have to take a taxi to the tourist spots. All the women receptionists are very rude and they give the I don’t care attitude. They don’t smile. The check in was confusing. Then I found out that I have to go to my room which is in a building behind the one I was checking in. Having to pull my bag on the concrete floor and the security guys just watch like they can see the ground is rough but nah they watch till you get to the door. The hotels I went to before will even open a door of the cab you came in with. My room curtain was down on one side that means the stuff didn’t bother to fix the curtain before I check in. Wait then you find at the hotel that you pay for the pool and gym. I don’t recommend this hotel. Hi

View from 40 th floor the picture as seen 2 am twin tower lights off This hotel starts at 3 pm stop at 11 am You may request till 12 pm if need I came at 1 pm No restaurant but enter lobby on the extreme right the is very nice mart i like But the hotel people fail to say I only know later at nite There is pool 8 th floor infinity and Kid Kindly pay 10 ringgit at lobby reception Exreme right of counter There is pool inf at 48 floor.kindly pay 30 ringgit at reception counter for entry ticket Once out maybe need ticket again Pool is great i like Kindly bring own towel if they not ready with pool towel In one hour only certain number of tickets entry allowed Limit rather Gym maybe 48 floor This hotel you can come with taxi But only call for Grab not taxi Here to klcc like 20 ringgit From kampong bharu jalan raja muda musa where the seafood and SALOMA COLOUR BRIDGE near 20 ringgit The bridge is over the highway to the public bank.building near klcc No phone in room Call them there is number maybe Maybe night no reception service Diff design building If you check in later but need store luggage 20 ringgit each luggage maybe Payment not with card Deposit 200 ringgit Good service here Night relax with snack and drink from the bela bela mart there thank you

Everything perfect!! I love to stay here.This is not my first time checked in In Expressionz.So i will always choose this place to stay for short or long terms. Upon checking in, I realized that the room was originally part of an apartment suite that had been divided into two separate rooms, and mine was one of them. The check-in process was confusing, not just for me but for other guests as well. Additionally, I discovered that the swimming pool and other amenities required extra charges, which was only mentioned in small print on the website. This important information was not displayed or recommended in the Chinese version of the site. The location is also inconvenient as it is a bit far from the metro, making it not suitable for backpackers. The path to the hotel is a little dangerous, especially if you are traveling alone. Due to these issues, I checked in at 5 PM and checked out at 6 PM the same day. I ended up booking another hotel with reference number *********** instead. Overall, this hotel should not be rated highly or recommended on the first search page.

I got a late check in since my flight is at midnight and I was told to get my room key inside the drawer (with permission and a photo with my name)unfortunately I cannot find my Name and uts already 2am and the Mad security guard won't let me touch or open the other drawer And asked me to wait until another MAD person came down and open another drawer and Yes my Key was at another drawer So Yeah He won't give me the Key without Paying 200Ringgit (which didn't mention)and I only have a card So now I got my room Key so I went to try it and it took me awhile to enter by the Help of Another MAD person On the next morning in the Lobby the were whispering in there dialect And told me to pay the Deposit, Also need to pay to enter the Skypool so Another MAD person in the pool won't let me enter bcos said it was drizzling but There's people swimming which is I found it so FUNNY They also didn't mention That there's No toiletries so 🤷 u have to bring ur own ...The rest inside the room was OK Clean with a nice view and a big room BUT U have to order a food using GRAB ....Also if u need something u only can chat tru whatsapp ,cannot call For me it's the STAFF not being Friendly they dnt Smile at all Photo is the view from Level 40

The room is very good, the hotel is very much advanced. The staff and the receptionist both were very helpful but the location is a bit far from the city centre

We don’t expect the Deposit too high (RM200), normally RM100 and to use the facility need to pay additional charges, for me not in-appropriate and furthermore staff not friendly. In the bathroom water flow not good, water stuck so long till next day. I will not recomended this place to others for stay.

Nice hotel but no toothbrush provided. The rest is consider worth the money paid!!

It would be nice if there's packet sugar provided,last I visit this place the parking is free..

Extended 1 more night and everything go smooth but we didn’t manage to go pool. Nice view from our room too.
