This time i brought my kids to stay in the Junior Suites room. Very convenient to stroll bukit bintang at night. Just outside the hotel entrance is the Gate A MRT Merdeka station, a station away to MRT Pavillion Bukit Bintang!

With the offer price i get a bonus staycation but here few words for better serve in future : 1) Mini Bar or Fridge in the room would be appropriate 2) Towel is a must don’t change it to disposable type it’s rubbish 3) Double check cleaner worker and they scheduled please!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's next to the MRT and the room is quite spacious. The price is also affordable. The service is also good.

Value for money and good hotel suitable in big city. I like this hotel for its location, many parking lot, near to city.Price is also not too high. Room is spacious and clean. Thumbs up for the hotel management.

Booked 2 hotels for 3 days. This hotel is rather great for location wise. Very convenient for public transport user since MRT station is just opposite the hotel. Parking is RM 6 per entry. Bur secured parking and very safe. Room was clean and aircond was great. They have you tube tv as well. So can watch you tube while in the room. The only part that i dont like is that they’re fully using the disposable towel. Very not practical since some people have skin allergies. They gave 2 disposable towel. It was thin and did not absorb towel. But i managed to get towels after explaining the’ i have sensitive skin.. overall i like this hotel and will come back. Staffs were friendly. Just the towel part is a bit off.

Not a good experience this time checking in to this hotel.. I booked last minute and remarked for late check in..so i arrived at 1.30am at this hotel..imagine coming to the front office with the receptionist wearing a mask??literally that white face mask for her beauty i guess…with no greetings from her..with that proudly face she showed to me..i didn’t have cash for deposit coz i’ve used it to pump gas to my car..cannot use card cause it passes 12am..she said..u should have known to bring deposit since this is not ur first time checking in here..i was like..i am alone and it’s passed midnight..i won’t risk my life going to the atm at midnight alone..why would she say that to her guest??? I am working in tourism industry and if this is what a receptionist way treating her guests, no wonder our industry is sinking..but no worries i’ll come back here to see if the management do something about this matter..thank u for this experience..

No nice experience, it's very hard to sleep, people talk in the corridor very loudly. The doors have a quick system to close automatically but it is like "Throwing the doors", too noisy. I couldn't get good sleep for two nights and I gave up. I left the hotel early. People are too noisy. No respect!!!!!! Bed, chairs, bathroom are ok and the location is PERFECT, very close to ChinaTown. And they don't clean if you don't request, strange rules. Be aware of towels, they provide disposable bath towels, I don't like it Thanks Olympic Hotel

Repeat to stay here more than 10x if come to Kuala Lumpur. Kids friendly. Staff friendly and easy to communicate. Room very spacious.

The towel is disposable towel. Quite unique. Love the breakfast. Make sure you book earlier when check-in to get the discount.

We booked for a 5-day family trip, only stayed a night and we had to escape to another hotel. They did not agree cancellation or partial refund. Pictures are misleading. It is a completely false advertising. Super old Stained bed linen Mouldy wall Spider web Dusty floor Very noisy at night (close to MRT AND LRT train station) Windows can not close properly One of the elevator was broken

Wifi is the main key for hotel stay… Weak wifi mean no TV, no YouTube… no internet. My 1st hotel stay w weak wifi and last stay. TV not user friendly. Disposal towel, just not my liking.
