the location is the best almost of the hotel in KL, the room was so spacious , the bed are so comfortable and big.

First, kind enough to early check in the process first so that we can get the key later faster. Secondly, helpful enough to upgrade my room. Thirdly, never charge me on printing my flight tickets. Overall, very welcoming experience and great location. My view from my room.

Booked the classic room but found out no fruit plates, no refill mini bar, and even laundry bags, etc, also not refilled after housekeeping.

Good Location just beside Pavillion Shopping Centre, short distance to others shopping center and alot of food near by.

Great location surrounded by shopping malls (Pavilion, Fahrenheit 88, Lot 10, Star Hill and Sungai Wang) and restaurants.

Good location for shopping and food. The hotel is clean and big, service staff are all very friendly.

Its clean and tidy . Request for late check out on 2pm when i booked the room . When check in session i didnt mention it again , cuz i ady mention it on the “special request “ list. The next day morning I made a call to front desk and ask for my late check out confirmation,they said didn’t saw any remark or anything about the check out time.

The contemporary design of the room has its charms, with the view of the twin tower and KL tower. The beds were comfortable and the room was bright enough to feel relaxed. Hopefully the management could update/service the main control in the room because it is quite unresponsive, it requires a few presses to dim or illuminate the lighting. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Near paviliun mall,farenheit and main road,but 1 bother me,Please fix your Wifi,it is suck,overall the hotel is nice

Room is spacious and very clean. Extra towels being provided as well as toiletries

Attentive and polite staff. Room size is reasonable Location is excellent. Hotel air-conditioning is too cold.

This is old hotel . Quite great to stay . But location is very good . Customer service quite great . The breakfast can skip it. If the price less rm 450 can consider.
