It was not the best of hotel stays but also not the worst. Hotel should correctly reflect itself as a 3-star family-friendly motel. The reception looks understaffed with only 1 or 2 person (max) attending to the holiday season crowd. Room was cozy but the cupboards, carpet and other furniture do not look like they have been well kept, maintained or refurbished. Windows and curtains not well kept. The television network and resolution was very bad and made it almost impossible to enjoy a proper show or movie. Even the hotel e-menu shown through the TV was not clear. The hotel buffet was underwhelming as it only served vegetarian menu for breakfast. The restaurant also had posters of somewhat motivational quotes of public figures as well as a video of the hotel owner advocating for guests to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle. We ate what we could but the experience was not an enjoyable one. The only plus point about the hotel is that it is located conveniently within the same vicinity as Berjaya Times Square Mall and its indoor theme park. Also conveniently located near to shopping districts of Bukit Bintang and a short train or Grab ride to KLCC. Overall, a decent hotel for those who are not picky.

The hotel is very centrally located , that s amazing for shopping , but quite busy around The stuff is very friendly , helpful and kind , trying to make you feeling most comfortable . The ambience is more calm and c relaxing. Unfortunately to use the TV is very complicated , hence I couldn’t use it. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance when I wanted to swim at 8.30 am . Atm there is construction work going on . All in all a 4.6 stay / 5 ( I’m experienced traveler)

The hotel provided exceptional service and maintained impeccable cleanliness standards throughout my stay. The quality of service and cleanliness was truly remarkable. However, one aspect that requires improvement is the air conditioning system. The air conditioning units were not functioning effectively, resulting in uncomfortably high temperatures at times. This issue could be addressed to enhance guest comfort. While it may be an eco friendly initiative, it did not provide optimal comfort for guests.

Impressed by the overall amenities provided within the serviced suite, including the gym. It was perfect for my stay with an infant as it comes with a kitchenette for washing. Kitchen towel roll, dish cleaning detergent was provided. Breakfast spread was decent, not expansive but food was of quality and tasted good!

The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities. There is no cleaning service and customers need to handle it themselves. The infinity pool upstairs is very beautiful, but the only drawback is that the towels and bath towels can only be used multiple times!

We had a one-night stay at this hotel before continuing our journey to Johor. This morning we had our breakfast at the Streats Restaurant. The food provided were fried rice, fried noodle, fruits, paratha, sausages, baked potatoes, baked beans, chicken slice and toasts. Coffee and fruit juice also were provided. The taste were just average. However, the smell of the coffee was not nice. I could smell something odd so does my husband. Another disappointment was about sunny side eggs. We were asked to pay RM10 for a set of sunny side. This is ridiculous since the payment we made already include the breakfast. Why do we have to pay extra at the restaurant?

The front desk of the hotel is very kind and you can speak clean English normally, so you don't have to worry about communication. At the front desk, he taught me how to use the taxi app-grab and how to make a reservation. Thanks to that, all the movement was grab and easy. It was about 6 minutes walk from LaLaport, close to Central Market and Bukit Bintang by taxi. You can drink 500 PET bottles of water, tea and instant coffee every day in the room. The room also has a refrigerator. I chilled the mango I bought and ate it. However, be careful as toilet paper and bath towels may not be changed unless they are told. There is a supermarket in the building where you can use your credit card, and it is convenient to have canned beer, dry mangoes, nuts, etc. The exchange office in the building is vacant except on Sundays. Clothing is sold on the second floor of the supermarket, but for some reason there were many men's items. There were multiple massage shops on the 1st and 2nd floors, and I went there every day comfortably. In front of the hotel, there are many Chinese restaurants and it is crowded with locals. Fruits are also sold and retailed, and there. I had them eat rambutan, dragon fruit, etc. (Because you can't bring mangostin to the hotel) Right next to the hotel is the ｉｃｃ market, and if you get tired of the hotel rice, you can eat delicious rice here, and local clothes in the basement of this building (light and easy to wear) Is sold cheaply. I want to stay again because the location is excellent.

Location is fantastic, very near ICC Pudu. Parking is free but limited. Room size is ok but the toilet is stained very badly. Room is filled with cigarettes smell eventhough it is a non-smoking room. Probably the housekeeping staffs are smoking. No LRT nearby, but got public bus.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

3rd time staying in Ramada after South Korea. And because of its location and cleanliness we extended the room for 2 more days. Location is very near to Bukit Bintang which is a tourist's hub. Shopping and eateries are at a walking distance. I wish the room was more nicely clean and hotel management will do more about it. Staff is good. Overall it was a very very pleasant stay. There is one Indian restaurant just downstairs (outside the hotel at 10metres) from where you can order your food even at 12midnight.

I've booked a room for a night on 13 July 2019. I mentioned in my booking my ETA will be around 23:00~24:00. When I reach the hotel, the receptionist, a Malay guy, told me that their rooms are full. I was so shocked to hear this. I mean how can the rooms are sold out when we already got a booking and there's no any cancellation. So I talk to the guy about this. His attitude is very terrible and he told me he can do nothing because we arrived very late and their rooms are all first come first serve??? That's mean no point we doing booking for the rooms?? The guy ask me to call his manager and talk about this. So I called and complain about this, the lady said she will ask the guy to check any available rooms left. Then the guy ask me to pay double of my original room price for the upgrade?? I got so pissed and call the manager again to complain about this. End up she say her staff overlooked and there's actually still a room left for me and I can get to pay the original price for the room. This is really unacceptable when you have a booking but they said the rooms are all sold out. And I really hope the hotel can give out training to the front desk staff about how to treat guest in a polite way. A big NO for me to return to this hotel again. XXX

Stay the hotel for 2 nights, The hotel look old..the room just a bit dirty the floor is sticky even after the staff cleaned the floor but the service very good, the location got few convenient stores nearby.. The view is very good. Bcz the hotel is not within the city area so got a full KL City View from your room if you get a room facing the KL City area. Breakfast quality is not stable, first day very good but the second day needs improvement. Parking per day RM10 for hotel guests. Hotel rooms are on the higher floor of the building, that's why the view is good. After check in the water heater is not working, but works properly after the technician comes. Overall good lah, also got provide nespresso capsules and refill everyday 👍👍👍. Will stay again if going KL.

Strategic. Can see KLCC from the hotel (but only if u walk outside the hotel). Parking spot available but very limited. Had to search for another parking spot on the main road. The TV in mu room doesn't work 😅. The floor was all a bit sticky, probably the aftermath of the mopped. Everything else is fine, couldn't complain more with the price. Overall still a good stay.

Nice place with affordable price, convenient parking lot and safety guarantee to park your car there, easy to access to 24hrs kk mart, 99speedmart, seven eleven, steamboat restaurant and also can enjoy the food from food stall around there. The environment and management of the apartment are good. We live in a two-bedroom apartment on the 28th floor. The room is large and clean, suitable for a family of four to travel. There are swimming pools, gyms and other recreational facilities on the 7th floor, as well as a small restaurant run by Chinese people. The owner's service is very good , Pleasant communication, worth coming again next time.
