Thank u to Linda the resep & the manager who’s to attend my issue on the 6th of Sept. let’s me change my previous room to a new room, It’s was 23rd floor & now is at 17th floor🤩 nice view as I can see slightly of the twin towers behind Shangri-La hotel✌🏽well after this I will take a little nap coz they allowed me to check out by 1pm💖Thank u @prhgroup 🙏🏽🥰

What more can i say and that is EXCELLENT! THE BEST CHOICE I EVER MADE. PLEASE COME HERE, THEIR FOOD SMELL AMAZING BUT I HAD NEVER HAD TIME TO TRY BUT I SEE MANY GUEST FILLED WITH HAPPINESS ON THEIR FACE WHEN DINING IN. KEEP IT UP THE GOOD WORK. YOU DESERVE 6 STARS! I SLEEP ALL THE WAY TO THE END, THE TOWEL, THE BEDSHEET SOO SPARKLING CLEAN! WHICH IS TOTAL ZERO DIRT IN MY VIEW. ESPECIALLY LOVE THEIR CLEANLINESS. THIS 6 STARS IN MY OPINION, VERY NICE AND CLEAN! I SLEEP SO SOUNDLY EVEN THOUGH I FALL ASLEEP LATE.

Don't expect much from this hotel because it's just a 3-star level. There are still many things that need to be improved. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist did not any said “welcome to us” and did not smile at us. We were quite lucky to get a room with a nice view but it was quite small ago and It is a room that has been used heavily. The sink has cracks and the shower room cannot keep water inside. Water comes out of the bathroom into the bedroom every time you shower. There were only two towels in the room and they were quite old. There were only 2 pillows. The phone in the room cannot call reception. Every time a request is made, you must walk downstairs. We requested 2 more towels and 2 more pillows but the hotel charged us an additional RM20. which we understand and are happy to pay. before leaving the hotel We always told the front desk that our room must have 4 pillows and 4 towels, but when we got back to the hotel we were always disappointed by the cleaning staff. Not provided as we informed reception and as we paid. We have to go down and tell the receptionist every time. Don't expect breakfast at this hotel, the fried rice is so hard it's almost inedible. There was no salad and the food was not diverse. We can’t eat breakfast here because low quality but I understand about cost. There are a lot of homeless people in the area around the hotel. The advantage of this hotel is that it is convenient to travel near the LRT station - Masjid Jamek 280 meters, Pasar Seni 470 meters and Central Market just a few steps away. The bed is quite soft and very comfortable to rest. The view from the sky level is very beautiful. The swimming pool look like good to play in.

Staycation one night with my small family (1 toddler & 1 baby). Check in was very late process about 20 minutes by the receptionist. Entered the room (no.337) and feel eerie / goosebumps with the room itself as i found big whole garlic behind TV cabinet. The bedsheet was slightly dirty with blood stained. Around 12.15 a.m., there’s sound made at TV area and kids became so tantrum. Breakfast was good and pool also was nice with not so cold water for kids but slightly dirty. Regretful to stay here as I thought it will be enjoyable trip due to celebrating my confinement ended and to make my toodler happy with this short trip. This hotel requires a major revamp of renovation and maintenance for hotel sustainability in the future as it has wise location for tourist spot!

It was my 2nd time staying here and it was as pleasant as usual. The check in was very smooth and it took us 10 mins (probably bc we checked in during non peak hour). However, something could be done with the access card as it took us many tries to scan the card and press our room level. The waiting time for the lift was long. Initially the infinity pool has the KLCC view but this time, it was blocked by the other hotel which i believe is the sister company of the Face Suite. Overall a pleasant stay!

Room is tiny but clean. The bed is very narrow it's not comfortable to sleep if you are couple. The thinnest pillows Ive ever seen (look at the picture). Nice view from the rooftop. Breakfast's not great not terrible. I would like like to see more deserts but thanks for keeping me fit. Friendly stuff. Elevators are very slow, just three of them for such a big building.

A nice hotel. Better than many other Ibis is other countries. Room was quite decent especially since there’s an iron and ironing board inside the room which is much more helpful than having to leave my room and go to a dedicated room to iron my clothes. Room is decent size too, not too small like other Ibis hotels. Breakfast variety was not too bad and quite tasty. Only thing required is the replenishment of food which needs to be better. Hotel has a decent swimming pool and gym which are not big but functional. This is quite a good Ibis hotel considering the room size, breakfast and the overall facilities. Yes, the staff are nice. Maybe if they learn to interact with the guests a bit more, this Ibis hotel will become a fantastic hotel.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur for a birthday celebration, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel staff was attentive and went above and beyond to fulfill my request for room decoration. The thoughtful touches made the birthday experience truly special. The room was beautifully arranged, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The overall service was exceptional, with friendly staff ready to assist with any needs. I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton KL for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. They exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely return for future stays.

Great location. Walking distance to Kg Bharu and a short 2-3km walk to Jalan TAR. Check in super smooth, room is clean, aircond is good, water pressure is good, view from room 2430 is great overlooking all 3 main towers (KLCC, KL Tower and TRX). Breakfast spread is average, but good view facing KLCC. Went there for anniversary trip and did request via Trip booking for a complimentary deco, but to no avail. Don't know whether the request went thru to the hotel or not or the hotel didn't provide that service. Didn't get any notification from hotel staff as well. Overall, a pleasant stay and will stay again next time around.
