Receptionist is very nice friendly and welcoming. The parking area depends on fate, but it's not crowded, so it's ok, you can get parking. The hotel is ok, it's just that the space is narrow, especially for Muslims, it's a bit limited to pray. This hotel only provides towels, bath shower and shampoo. Others are better to bring from home.

Service is good... however room of improvement as below:
*Room is good, clean, but too small
*no minibar
*need to have floor mat since room flooring is not carpeted, floor wet every time comes out from washroom
*stayed at 4th floor but need to go 3rd floor for ironing. So inconvenient
*Surau dirty and stuffy, no fan
*Photo of Sultan Mizan is already faded at the lobby, and no Prime Minister photo..
