During the Raya week, we went to Permai Hotel KT for a staycation. We really enjoyed it. The hotel room was clean and recently renovated. The kids love the comfortable bed and the swimming pool. The room comes with 2 complimentary breakfast for adults and extra fees for kids older than 4 years old. There’re lots of options for breakfast, including typical Malaysian nasi, noodles, cereals, kuih, fruits and salad. We also took dinner there. We ordered pastas and they were served with lots of seafood and vegetables. Between, I guess the sauce was mostly made from scratch. And the ingredients were fresh. The taste was awesome. My younger one is always picky with food. Yet she couldn’t stop eating her pasta and other orders 😆 The quality of the food far exceeds the standard for a 3 star hotel. Also, all the food was reasonably priced. With RM170 per night for a superior room, I think the experience and quality far exceed what it should deliver 😊. If you’re looking for a comfortable yet reasonably priced stay in Kuala Terengganu town., I highly recommend this hotel. And my only regret? We love the room! Location wise, it wasn't so difficult to find. There's a Tealive outlet downstairs and free designated parking for hotel customers, which we are very thankful for. The hotel has elevators, so its definitely great for people with large suitcases, little kids, or elderly. Room has hot shower, bidet, clothing hangars, clean towels, and TV. It also comes with complimentary shampoo/body wash, tea/coffee making corner, and bottled mineral water. Bed was comfy, pillows just ok, blanket is thick enough, and air-conditioner is also functioning well. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy; there's deposit collected so please remember to bring cash. Worth the money, lovely stay, and also near to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol. Room doesn't have an iron/ironboard but there's an ironing corner at the hallway for our level.

ООксана ПThey stayed at this hotel for the night. They arrived here in the afternoon from the island of Redanga and flew to Kuala Lumpur at 9am the next day. Hotel pluses : 15min walk to the airport (if you don't plan to go to the city, only for a night stay, then save 30MR by taxi to the city). Near the sea, we weren't, but read that a good beach, you can swim. Not taking a deposit. Low price for accommodation. Not bad area of the hotel. And further minusciki. The hotel consists of 2-story two-story buildings. We took the standard number (to get on the first floor and it's bad, I'll write why). The room itself is normal, the room is clean, costs 2 beds one bed, a table, a TV, a teapot (no coffee-tea),2 bottles of water. What didn't like in the room: doubtful that was clean underwear on the beds, didn't look fresh. A terrible hard pillows (I couldn't sleep at night, eventually cleaned at all). Air conditioner opposite the beds and blowing in the face, but you will turn off – dusty. Not a pleasant smell in the room. There is no fan, safe, refrigerator, towel only one bath per room. In the bathroom is increasingly – showers with hot water, there is soap, shampoo. Comparatively clean. I didn't like breakfast starts from 7 a.m. This is late for a transit hotel. The plane was before CL at 9 a.m., did not risk and remained without included in the booking of breakfast. It is possible to eat near the hotel we do not know, on the day of settlement, called a taxi and left to the city to the Crystal Mosque, there had lunch, and had dinner in the city center in the shopping mall, not far from the bus station. But the worst thing, in this hotel is that the hotel is located on the territory of a kindergarten or for a time when local children (from 8-12let) come here as in a kindergarten. We are not against children (the children themselves). But for people who want to rest and sleep in this hotel it won't work. At least we're not lucky. The corpse is 2nd floor, our standard room is 1st floor. Children were up to 23:00 whether they were studying, whether they were preparing for something in the acting hall, and after classes on the 2nd floor above us the hours before 2nd night jumped, loudly chatted, moved chairs, cheered all over. In the morning, no light did not rise and went to classes or breakfast. Shorter night I didn't sleep at all: without a pillow, a air conditioner blowing in the face, the children mad over the head. The purpose of stopping at this hotel was to sleep before two long flights the next day. But I was more tired than rested. Personally we will no longer stay in this hotel, although the price at the hotel is funny. The disadvantages overweight the pluses.

MMing LeeHad a one night stay at Primula kuala terengganu. Rooms are big. Good location too. Eventhough the the rooms are a little dated, but the breakfast is really good. It feels like very authentic malay breakfast. I mean which hotel serves steamed Yam!! This one does and it is delicious. Also they have steamed glutinous rice and you pick your condiment to go with it... grated coconut, brown sugar and even dried fish to go with the pulut kukus...yum!! Many more.....

GGuest UserMoved and stayed here for a week after 2 nights in Grand Con hotel (which is just next door). Firstly, it's at a convenient location with many nearby places for food (for breakfast, lunch or dinner) and a large shopping mall within walking distance for your shopping. Also within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions - Pasar Payang, Istana Maziah, Chinatown, Trg Drawbridge, food trucks. Our family of 4 stayed in their VIP room that comes with 2 double beds, a sofa set, TV, good wifi and even a jacuzzi and amenities like fridge and coffee/ water service. The room was very clean for a budget hotel (I've stayed in worse rooms in 4-star hotels). The staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent. There's free parking for those who drive. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay at the hotel especially for my kids and I, and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Kuala Terengganu.

You would think that with a pricey packaged, the service would be good right? NO Facility: no water for guest, but can switch on fountain and swimming pool. And got water for staff quarters. Food: some are tasteless and bland, some are too salty. No in between one. We rather go out to buy lunch dinner rather eat their food. Staff: Worst front desk staff that they can hire. Im surprised their management hire this kind of people. No hospitality, no manner, no common sense. You should do a re-organisation. No critical thinking, dont know how to handle crisis. Overal experience: Check in and room situation: We arrived at the resort at around 11am. And during the check in, the staff there mention that our room is yet to be ready (and informed that the check in time is actually 3pm) , and they said that they *will inform us by calling my number when the room is ready*. After that, we keep asking them the room status every hour. At our 2nd time asking, they mentioned that there is some maintenance issue that they need to attend to our room, and its not yet ready. So we waited. We waited until 2.30pm, and decided to ask them the room status. And when we asked them for an update at 2.30pm, only they informed us that our room is actually leaking and the maintenance not able to fix it. So they offer us a 2 separate double room (we booked a quad sharing instead of double sharing), they didnt really give us and option, we need to take it because we have been staying outside for almost 4 hours. But even though they offered 2 room, only 1 room is ready, and another room will only be ready at 4 (be mind that the check in time is at 3pm). They didnt even have the courtesy to do as what they say (which is to call me when there is a room or an update about our room), they didnt call me to say oh we have a room ready. So if i didnt go and ask, they will just let us sleep under the sun, in our travel clothing until the sun is set?? 2nd day lunch situation: They refused us our lunch on the second day because quote “oh we will not provide the lunch of the people that go for snorkelling because we have prepared it at Sari Pacifica Lang Tengah. We have prepared the lunch at Sari Pacifica Redang for the exact number of pax that didnt go for snorkelling trip”. Please note ah, the lunch was in a buffet (self service), so how can a 4 person eat until finished everything? At 9.20am the same morning, i already informed the snorkelling centre guy that our group will not join for lunch. And also at 12pm, just before lunch, we took our new room key Winnie, the front desk manager also aware that we didnt go for snorkelling trip. And when we make a complaint through our agent, they defended that we need to inform them (front desk) if we dont want to go for snorkelling. But their management also said that, the snorkellin

GGuest UserThis hotel is good for a short stay, like 1 night if you are just looking to sleep over before getting on a boat to the islands next morning. It surely could use some maintenance. The walls are thin. I could hear the next door's phone alarm ringing. If someone walks past the corridor dragging the luggage by the wheel, you can hear it. I could also hear stupid kids from don't know how many doors down. Some people have multiple kids and don't know how to shut them up and allow them to be screaming and shouting up to 11pm. Called the reception to complain but they did nothing. Lots of restaurants nearby so you can walk down to chinatown and get some good food. It's really close by the graveyard btw, can get eerie if you are walking past when it's dark.

WWin BkkIt's a newly opened hostel under Spot On (OYO) network. The location is in city centre. The check in was a pain. They asked me to pay ”tourism tax” suggested by OYO system. I asked for an official receipt from the government, but this is unknown to them. Therefore, I refused to pay. It took a while to sort things out. The place was entirely new and good. I liked the reception & pantry area. The dormitory configuration was odd. It is connected by another guest room, whose entrance is through the dormitory, so you can expect noise by the guests in this room walking in and out. The shower was ok. Wifi works in room. Overall, I had a great stay despite check in problem.
