Free parking. Hotel at town Easy to going anywhere. Easy to checkin and checkout. Dont expect too much cause this is hotel badget. In room have cockroach. Office counter only open office hour.anything have to call number provide. Dont have room service to ask anything. Have laundry shop at hotel. Limited parking. Dont have toileteries.

I love everything about this place. I will come back here again.

Suitable for those who only need a place to sleep and shower. Cleanliness of the room just okay, the toilet is okay to use. No elevator only stairs. Check-in and check-out by call only, no receptionist counter. If you are fussy, this hotel is not for you.

Just nice...bantal/cadar agak kotor n tv xleh tgk, aircond lambat sejuk

No one at the reception even on daytime, so inconvenient. The room not as clean as it seems on the surface. Broken remote control for the tv, no battery for the aircond. Hot shower not working properly, once turned on it will be hot as a boiling water. The blanket was too thin, no comforter. Bad experience, not worth it even for the price paid.

It's kind of hot.. The day before checking the hotel's booking.. Until the date the hotel is full like a pig has a hotel... The counter isn't even good at calling.. I want to check the booking book and suddenly the hotel is full.. Is it stupid to go to Oyo Hotel Kuala Terengganu...

match the price of this hotel. everything is complete and I like the laundry at the bottom of the hotel the most. suitable for travel who sit for long periods of time. clean and tidy room.
