During my recent stay at Paya Bunga Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by its prime location at the heart of the city, offering convenience and accessibility to local attractions including PB Square and the famous Nasi Dagang Atas Tol (KT Branch), not forgetting the Pasar Payang too, it only takes less than 10 minutes to reach.. What set this stay apart was the hotel's restaurant located on the 11th floor. The ambience of the dining area and the food itself was nothing short of superb. This hotel is a gem for those looking to immerse themselves in the local culture and cuisine, all while enjoying the comforts of refined hospitality..

I had the pleasure of returning to YT Midtown Kuala Terengganu for a second time, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. This hotel continues to deliver exceptional value, comfort, and top-notch service that left me feeling completely satisfied. Having previously enjoyed my first stay, I had high expectations, and I’m pleased to say that YT Midtown did not disappoint. The affordable price for such a comfortable and well-appointed room is truly remarkable. It’s evident that the hotel places a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, as the level of service remained consistently excellent during both of my stays. The staff at YT Midtown once again demonstrated their professionalism and warmth, making me feel like a valued guest. It’s evident that they genuinely care about ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay for every visitor. The fact that they go above and beyond to maintain this level of service is truly commendable. Just like my previous visit, the inclusive breakfast was a delightful highlight. The range of options and the quality of the food remained impressive, adding to the overall value of my stay. Starting my days with a delicious breakfast was a wonderful way to kickstart each day of exploration and relaxation. The room itself was a haven of comfort, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. YT Midtown’s convenient location continues to be a major plus, allowing easy access to the city’s attractions and amenities. The hotel is very new! It’s a very good hotel in Terengganu! There is a coffee shop and a newly opened Thai restaurant across from the hotel downstairs. There is a Chinese restaurant on the right when you go out.

It near with KTCC. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Room is spacious and the staff is efficient in handling registration process. Limited parking spaces are available in the basement.

I have a great experience staying in this hotel. The location is perfect. The staff is nice. The room is spacious. The shower has hot water. I love to stay here and I'll definitely come back to stay here again if I come to KT.

Bilik overall okey but smell carpet and room like old…my suggestion to spray with air refresher or put the air refresher…tq

My partner had chosen Ming Paragon as our home for 3 nights in Kuala Terengganu as it was centrally located & close to many places of interest. It proved to be a good decision as much research had taken place prior to our holiday. Our flight had arrived in mid-morning. But since check-in was at 2:00 pm, we had brunch first & visited 2 places of interest to kill time. We arrived at the hotel just before 2:00 pm & parked the car in front of Ming Paragon as we were not aware that the hotel’s parking was behind the building. We had also used a parking app to pay for the street parking. Check-in was fast & hassle-free. There was no porter or concierge service as this is a 3-star hotel. We carried our luggage ourselves. Our room was on the 1st floor. It was smaller than I expected. However, it was decent & clean. The mattress was not as comfortable but the strategic location more than made up for it. The air-conditioning was good & at least there was floor space for us to pray. The bathroom was a good size. The water pressure was equally good. Best of all, it was equipped with a hand-bidet. That was a pleasant surprise as it was a Chinese hotel to begin with & I half expected it not to have one. The shower gel, shampoo & conditioner smelled good too. A hair-dryer was also available. WiFi was available & complimentary. However, the TV reception wasn’t good. There was much interference. Since we were mostly outdoors, it didn’t bother us so much. Although there was no refrigerator, there was a coffee & tea-making facility. A central fridge was available in the lobby. Hence, we had left our food in their chiller. We had parked at the hotel’s designated parking in the evening. A security guard watches over our car free of charge as it was complimentary for hotel guests. We will definitely stay again whenever we are in Terengganu as Ming Paragon Hotel had met our expectations.

Located within the prime area (Batu Burok Beach, Kuala Terengganu City Centre, Kedai Payang & latest attraction for Terengganu, the lift bridge). Unfortunately, the hotel management really needs to review a major refurbishment project. Need to improve the quality of the service and also the interior design for the room. To revive back this hotel after this pandemic, the management should engage the right parties/person to bring back the glory days of the hotel.

During the Raya week, we went to Permai Hotel KT for a staycation. We really enjoyed it. The hotel room was clean and recently renovated. The kids love the comfortable bed and the swimming pool. The room comes with 2 complimentary breakfast for adults and extra fees for kids older than 4 years old. There’re lots of options for breakfast, including typical Malaysian nasi, noodles, cereals, kuih, fruits and salad. We also took dinner there. We ordered pastas and they were served with lots of seafood and vegetables. Between, I guess the sauce was mostly made from scratch. And the ingredients were fresh. The taste was awesome. My younger one is always picky with food. Yet she couldn’t stop eating her pasta and other orders 😆 The quality of the food far exceeds the standard for a 3 star hotel. Also, all the food was reasonably priced. With RM170 per night for a superior room, I think the experience and quality far exceed what it should deliver 😊. If you’re looking for a comfortable yet reasonably priced stay in Kuala Terengganu town., I highly recommend this hotel. And my only regret?
