Hotel & bilik hotel yang sangat bersih. Dapat bilik yang luas dan selesa dengan harga yang rendah. Kelengkapan hotel lengkap & berfungsi dengan baik. Lokasi hotel yang sangat strategik kerana berada di tengah pusat bandar. Senang cari kedai makan & shopping. Parking yang luas & mudah. Staf hotel cekap & ramah. Hiasan dalaman hotel pun cantik & menarik. In shaa Allah kalau ada peluang, kami akan datang sini lagi.

Nice and clean hotel. Very comfort for family and nearby Kuantan town. It can be walk or drive to Kuantan tower. A lot of eatery nearby the hotel.

Everything is fine except stains on the walls of shower cubicle. I don't mind paying a little bit more if the walls are brushed clean.

Never doubt about E Red Hotel because ive stay in their hotel in Bukit Mertajam last week, when i found out there have E Red Hotel in Kuantan i straightaway booked with a second doubt! Good job on the management and all the team members from E Red Hotel
