Sorry. Not a good staying experience at the hotel. Front desk not helpful. Hotel doesn't feel like hotel stay more like airbnb. Simple request to extend slightly late check out at 1pm was denied although I check in at 7pm on Saturday. The only plus is the breakfast experience.

The room not clean properly! Feel not comfortable at all.
Refer picture. Bed sheet was dirty but still let guess to sleep on??? Under table there was leftover plastic case (I believe last guess throw it on floor) but cleaner not clean it!
1st time stay but awful room.
Water heater not function well also.
Car park for guess are less (combine parking with residents) & car park path is narrow.

Having issue with one of the AC in the room.
Quite hot day and night.
Staff super nice and entertain the issue but didnt solve the problem.
