The room I stayed in was a smoking room at 2nd floor. It was wide, clean and cozy. The aircon worked well, the bed was soft and comfortable. There were complementary 2 medium-sized bottle of mineral water with set of coffee and tea. The bathroom was quite large and clean. Everything worked as expected. Breakfast, opened at 6am in the morning, was located on the ground floor with limited but decent selection of menu. Staffs were very helpful, check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. I would certainly come here again!

very convenient location. Walking distance to all the restaurants, malls and goods. Good rooms with spacious apartment facilities. Can cook and eat if you want to. Provided fridge, cooking vessels and an electric cooker.

We booked this hotel because of it's close proximity to the Sarawak General Hospital - a relative had a serious medical emergency, which meant alot of uncertainty and long waiting hours for us. Having a base at the Regatta Suites meant that we could be within walking distance to the hospital, but were still able to rest in comfort at the hotel while waiting for news from the hospital. The Regatta Suites is thoroughly and thoughtfully appointed - little things like the built in USB charging points made a huge difference for us indeed. The beds were big and comfortable with spotless fresh linen. The AC worked like a charm, even during the blazing hot afternoon. The staff were also very accommodating - they promptly and cheerfully brought up a set of fresh towels for us when we returned to our room after midnight. Even though we are from Kuching, we stayed for about 4 or 5 nights at the Regatta Suites, and it made a real difference to be able to be so close to the hospital during the critical moments. Thank you to all the staff for the comfortable stay! 🙏🏻

The stay was comfortable, room was clean. Frontdesk still can provide hairdryer even when we asked for it in midnight. Breakfast was fairly yummy with few choices.

I like this environment. Provide lift also, so easily for us to go to our room. There’s a fitness room. Iron also provided (out of our room). The room also big not as my expectation 😍😍. Refrigerator provided, aircord, water heater functioning well, coffee, tea & etc. comfortable so much. Affordable price. Recommended as well 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 satisfied
