During check in it coincided with a big group. Nobody manages the queue and my ageing parents had to wait for everyone else to check in first before our turn. The receptionist did not specify the floor where my parents, only found out later they put us at different floors, and refused to change room to the same floor for us. We're staying for 4 nights. Staff attitude is bad. Had to validate room keys everyday (receptionist never told us) and the key can only access to the room floor so created a lot of inconvenience to us. Not to mention the lift broke down on the first day with someone trapped inside and the hotel staff didn't seem to have any sense or urgency to resolve the issue. Terrible hotel with terrible front desk. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.

The stay was comfortable, room was clean. Frontdesk still can provide hairdryer even when we asked for it in midnight. Breakfast was fairly yummy with few choices.

My second stay here. Clean and new hotel. Bright, not like some hotels have very dim & not many lights. The price is affordable too. Parking needs coupon, have to keep changing. I booked no window room better than room that have windor because it’s noisy and can smell smoke from cafe shops downstairs. Will recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful to provide the right room with window as per booking. The facilities provided was good enough that covered basic needs like towel, bodyshampoo and mat. A beautiful room but could be further improved. It obviously looks incomplete to me. What is with the blind instead of curtains? Curtains will make the room more vibrant and elegant. How about installing carpet on the floor to make the room look more pleasing. Family room especially. Not all the guests likes to walk on tiles when in a room. Hot water is provided outside the room but I don't see any glasses, drink packets of tea/coffee. So I am wondering what is it for? However, I like the idea of ironing your clothes on Level 2 and drying your hair on Level 1 outside the room. Hunting for food was easy as there were many cafes/restaurants nearby but the weakness point is its a bit far from town.

So far so good. Parking area good, service OK. Hotel at strategic location. Not far from shopping mall, airport, Kuching city centre. Easy to find food shops. Security check good. Especially for guest room. Only guest that has card can access to the room from the hotel lobby. Good for guest privacy. Colour for the room not suit, to bright.

Nearby the hotel, there’s food court, laundry and emart supermarket. It’s quite convenient and not too far from Vivacity mall, galacity etc which get car to there only need around 5 mins. Hotel provide free shuttle to and from Borneo Medical Centre. The bad side is that tv only have TV 1,2,3 which no mandarin channel at all. Besides, we only can get a card for room. The hot water for shower is not very good functioning, not warm / hot enough. Other than these, everything is good!

Cons - pay 1++ but no tv, no remote aircond, no free drinking(coffee or cup), no handle for door room, floor a little bit dirty, no hanging palce for clothes in the room, hotel is beside club which a bit annoy when night, the lightning in room is yellow not led, no workers at reception when above 10p.m, to enter hotel and lift has to use access card which is quiet annoy sometimes. Pros - space in room is average, toilet space is big.
