OYO 9486 Mahadev Cottage

Stayed in the hotel that is sold as a cottage on 10th July 2021. Called the hotel from ***di and asked for the location and that was a nigh**are. For a 30min ride from Kullu it took 2.5hrs because hotel had sent an incorrect location. More worst experience when we checked-in; luggage was just being taken out of the vehicle and hotel person asked to pay for the stay without even showing the rooms. To add to worst; two rooms were given 304 and 307. Literally had to do lot of movement. Two elder people in the group were made to walk upstairs 3 floor. Extra bedding was requested and came at 11:30PM. Ordered food that too ages to come and kids went to sleep waiting for food. At checkout even though b'fast was included had to pay the bill. Entertainment was not even seen and we had to request to have staff put something on the TV that kids could watch. Sleepless night is what we received as return-gift. Think twice before making a reservation at this so-called cottage. Hotel is fooling people with cottage in the name. Owner does not even know the difference between Hotel and Cottage.
