De Vivendi Resorts

Worst hotel ever seen in my life. No room services nothing. not hygienic food, Charges are charged even on the local drinking water. Prefer staying on the road than in this hotel. The taste of the food in the eatery is similar to the food in jail, even jail food tastes better and the staff doesn't have hospitality knowledge treats like a slave

The hotel was too beautiful & a huge area to enjoy indoors & the food was really tasty & the staff was well behaved & humble & was very helpful, The manager Balwant ji was too supportive & cooperative ❤️❤️best place to stay

It was an another visit to MANALI in April 2023 BUT as soon as you enter De Vivendi Resorts, your entire tiredness vanishes simply firstly because of its location, which is supplemented by pleasant and warm hospitality by the staff members. One enjoys the Grand hospitality right from front office to room service to house keeping . Your queries are answered immediately with concern. What else a person needs during his short stay of 4 days…….. Well maintained huge lawns & garden with beautiful view, which are a real bonus for spending evenings or get togethers. Cozy neat & clean rooms with all modern comforts….Mr Balwant Singh, General Manager alongwith his team made it a point to give flawless service ….. Keep it up !!!!! W.r.t. dining, the restaurant, the staff makes you comfortable and help you to have food as per your choice and taste is really commendable. Serving with a charming smile really makes your stay awesome and ever-remembrable. Icing on the cake is the delicious mouth watering food from their Chefs under the leadership of Mr. Bhagwat, who personally enquires about the food and taste etc. with the guests……… What a personalized touch !!!!! Banquet/Conference hall was well looked after by Mr Rakesh, Banquet Manager and his energetic team comprising of Lucky, Deepak, Suraj and Ghanshyam. Housekeeping staff was always on their toes to give the efficient service under the leadership of Mr Kamal Sitting in the lawns - enjoying the weather and sipping a cup of tea makes your stay awesome and freshens you…. All Kudos to efficient De Vivendi team members who are able to make guests feel like ROYAL with their warm and personalised hospitality under the able guidance of their GM- Mr Balwant Singh - an energetic personality always approachable and mixing with guests giving them personalized touch............ It was another trip to Manali- an official one. Staying in Manali for 5 days may sound otherwise but one doesn't feel homesickness- due to personalized touch given by the Hotel Executives & staff members. One rarely finds Professionalism alongwith Personalized touch now a days BUT it is at DE VIVENDI Resorts- one is able to have together. The beautiful landscape gardens and Gazebos(covered by flowers) surrounded by apple trees & beautiful scenic views really takes you to the different era- totally close to nature…… Greetings at Front Office- taking you to your room personally by duty manager- enquiring about your comfort and what not............ You feel like a royal figure yourself. Rooms are cosy with all comforts incl heating arrangements beside resort is occupied with all modern facilities incl. Gym, Discotheque and Bonfire evenings.………… Kudos to Housekeeping team for taking so much pain and making our stay ever memorable Beautiful- well lit conference Hall. Banqueting was looked after superbly by Dharam Singh & Rakesh with team members- very efficiently and in planned manner Restaurant ambience is just okay but the same is covered by the smiling , cooperative, humble and helpful nature of staff members , who are attentive to take care of your needs. Its difficult to take care of taste buds of different people in groups, yet the same was done efficiently by Kitchen staff under the guidance of Mr. Bhagwat, Exec Chef. Last but not the least, I feel entire staff is able to give their best- making guests, to look forward to their next visit at De Vivendi Resorts- due to charismatic leadership of ever smiling- Mr Balwant Singh Chandel, General Manager- who is omnipresent and always approachable with his ever helping nature Keep it Up. We stayed 3 nights in this resort. The hospitality was superb, rooms are spacious and clean, a good place to relax in the evening in the lawns after sightseeing, food was excellent, Mountain view was beautiful and arranging vehicle for Rohtang pass. Thanks to the team for making our stay memorable. Will definitely prefer Pride de Vivendi Resorts located in other places during future visits.

It is superb for my daughter , she enjoy it at full, and resort staff is working day and night to provide their best, we enjoy every movment. Morning are refreshing and night wonderful. My 3 year old daughter and wife feel refresh
