房間乾乾淨淨，服務熱情，周邊非常安靜，外出買東西，餐飲，都很方便。下回去還會住這裏的。。。。。。。。

帶孩子，辦入住時特意問孩子早餐怎麼收費，前台回覆孩子免費，結果第二天帶孩子去吃，被告知孩子需要交錢，早餐品質不如普通三星。退房時因為用了一次性馬桶套被扣按金兩元，但落在房間裏的鞋卻沒有人聯繫我，過了四五個小時我自己想起來落下鞋了，聯繫酒店，酒店方面才回復確實有雙鞋。客人落下東西，酒店不是應該第一時間聯繫嗎？如果客人想不起來就會不了了之了嗎？服務意識太差了，不知道怎麼評的四星

大家純純避雷！根本就不是什麼温泉酒店，打着洗浴中心的旗號大張旗鼓説是温泉酒店，而且就算進酒店洗浴還需要另外花錢，環境極其差勁骯臟。酒店硬件設施差勁，馬桶沖不下水，被套也是有異味和污漬，房間地毯也是包漿的，酒店前台服務員態度懶散傲慢，本人不幸遺失了身份證，離店後也不願意幫我尋找，還是我們主動打了三四次電話才勉強願意上房間看一看（我懷疑根本就沒找！）本人好心在此勸阻各位來沙漠旅行的朋友千萬避雷這家酒店！本人從不説假話！

衞生不好，空氣極差。衞生間好多毛髮，尿騷味重。房間裏一股發黴的氣味，睡了一晚嗓子疼得不行。噩夢般的體驗！
