Then there are a lot of disadvantages: 1: Early check-in is not allowed if there are vacancies. An extra 1,100 yen will be charged for one hour early check-in, which has never happened in other hotels I have stayed in; 2: Almost everything is self-service, check-in and check-out are all machines, there is no service, there is no water in the room, you need to get water or buy water by yourself, there is no service phone in the room, and there is no service staff at all; 3: The twin room we booked is extremely small, even the suitcase cannot be opened, the space is extremely depressing, and I can't stand staying there for a second time; 4: The hotel is next to the road, it is very noisy when sleeping at night, the sound of the car is very obvious, and the glass is almost soundproof; 5: The curtains in the room are not suitable and cannot block the light. Hotels under the Hoshino Resorts Group always have guarantees, and this one is no exception. The location is convenient, there are pedestrian streets and shopping malls in the distance, and there are many restaurants. The hotel and rooms are very clean, just a little bit more detailed.

The design is stylish and has a youthful feel, and the breakfast is also excellent. The walking space in the room is narrow. No bottled water, slippers, etc. are provided. The dressing area is dark. Although there is a light booth above, I can't see the mirror clearly (it's difficult to put on makeup). The straight mirror is also dark. There was no place to put a phone in the toilet, and the bathroom floor was made of non-drying material and failed to dry all night. The parking lot is also far away and is not isolated from left to right.

It's a good hotel in all aspects. It's a young brand owned by Hoshino. The breakfast is OK and the terrace has quite an a**osphere.

It's so novel. The room is not big but the space is very useful. It's a busy area and very convenient for walking around.

The location is okay, but the room is too small... all self-service, no phone service, not even asking for an extra bath towel

地點絕佳！通町筋電車站下車步行30秒，附近也有公車站，附近就是熱鬧的商圈，旁邊就是當地知名的鶴屋百貨，飯店本身也跟商場共構，旁邊就市商店街，便利商店、藥妝店、餐廳，一應具全，離熊本城入口步行約10分鐘，離櫻町巴士總站，搭巴士或電車也只要約10分鐘。 飯店公作人員親切專業，但要注意omo cafe是營業到10:30，之後就無法購買食物或商品（與omo3的自助方式不同），但櫃台工作人員非常願意幫忙滿足旅客的各項需求。 大廳時尚，氣氛輕鬆閒適，露台還有下沉式設計的戶外沙發區，非常適合三五好友聊天，並能欣賞到夜間打燈的熊本城。 房間新穎舒適且頗大間，浴廁分離，臥床區有稍微抬高的設計，包覆感良好，窗台的設計稍寬，可以方便的擺放東西。小缺點是掛放毛巾的設計比較不方便。 日後如果再來到熊本，會想要再次入住。 稍微要注意的是，附近的商圈有部分街廓包含風化區。
