A very strange thing, when I went to check in on the first day, I had been queuing at the manual front desk for a while, and the guest in front of me was about to complete the check-in procedures. The staff was already saying please have a good rest. A staff with an iPad in hand insisted on asking me to check in at the machine. I said that the person in front would be ready soon, and he insisted that I go to the machine. I had to go. The machine required me to enter various information of the occupant by myself. Let a foreigner enter in Japanese. Although I am OK, don’t you think it is a waste of time? And it was obviously my turn at the manual front desk soon, and in the end, the people behind me checked in faster than me. This male staff was too strong and incomprehensible. There are no other major problems. Unlike some business hotels that only exchange towels, Mitsui Garden Kumamoto cleans the room every day and puts a bottle of water. I stayed in Kumamoto for four days and three nights. The price of Ctrip is reasonable and the reservation is convenient. I am satisfied with Ctrip.
