The hot spring is free. I forgot to bring my makeup remover so I went to a nearby convenience store to buy some, but I found it in the bathroom by the large communal bath. The room was spacious and had a refrigerator and tea set. I was happy that it had a shelf. The hotel was very clean.

There were many restaurants nearby for dinner, which was convenient. The hotel also had a large public bath (artificial hot spring), which was very nice. I took a bath in the morning.

The location is about 10 minutes by taxi from Kumamoto Station, so I think it's convenient. I stayed during the Obon period, and the front desk was an older man, and I was concerned about his language. Since my last name has changed, I was told that I was being called a different name over and over again, which made me feel uncomfortable. 〇〇? 〇〇? Not Mr. 〇〇? Isn't it normal to check? Also, since it was the Obon period, I wanted to ask if there was a place nearby where I could eat dinner, but I was surprised to find that they seemed to be having trouble dealing with it. Is the bathroom in your room cleaned again? It was very dirty and disappointing. (attached photo) Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety.

The staff were wonderful 👍The greetings and consideration were wonderful. It would have been great to have a sauna. All the dishes are delicious. I still want to use it.

It is a little far from Sakuramachi Kumamoto and is farther away from the shopping district than other hotels. The road to the hotel is wide and it is difficult to pull a suitcase, so if you have a lot of luggage, it may be better to take a taxi. It takes 5 minutes to get to a convenience store. However, the large public bath is very good, and the amenities, facilities, and options in the room are also excellent. In particular, the women's large public bath was almost exclusively reserved, and there was an electronic lock for security, so it was safe! The breakfast is expensive, but there are many Kumamoto specialties on display, and I thought the variety of items was worth the price. It may be inconvenient for people who want to have fun overall, but I thought it was a good hotel for people who want to relax!

The tram is useful for getting to Kumamoto Station. It's a little far to the convenience store.

The breakfast is delicious and I have been looking forward to it.

繁華街に近い割には、静かな場所です。ホテルの駐車場が少ないのですが、近くにパーキングも豊富で夜間料金は安いので良かったです。

離鬧市區有些距離，但是對應房間的價格卻是不低，設施比較舊，房間浴室裏好像發黴變綠了。和式房間會有小蟲子！

中心部からも近く、徒歩でも全く問題のない立地条件でしたが、ホテル周辺にはなにも無くちょっと買い出しというときには少々不便さを感じました。 勇者上だけではなく駐輪場もあったので、非常に便利でした。

自分には、便器が小さい！

The room and lobby smelled too bad. I don't even want to give it one star. The staff's attitude was terrible and I never want to stay here again.
