The location was great, within walking distance of Kumamoto Castle and the shopping district. The receptionist was very friendly and I had a pleasant stay.
However, I was a little disappointed that the conditioner was a bit watery and the water heater was small.
But the price was cheap, so I guess that can't be helped.
I'd like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity to come to Kumamoto.
