Absolutely the amazing stay in gokulam kumarakom. The view of the resort and room is memorable and amazing.the main highlight of the resort is staff service.mainly the Housekeeping staff shinaj he have very good attitude and he is polite.he will help us when we need something.The rooms are clean and food is delicious.we enjoyed every moment. And i highly recommended and we will come back again.....

This is a tough review to write. The hotel is beautiful, the staff couldn't be more wonderful and the food and facilities were great. However my stay was completely ruined by a number of other guests. Perhaps it's a cultural difference, but I felt very uncomfortable and intimidated by other guests on 3 occasions in 3 days. Firstly, myself and another couple realised that a couple of men who were getting very drunk and inappropriate in the pool were actually filming myself and the wife of the other couple. Secondly, while in the pool alone, a group of 13 men arrived in a very boisterous fashion and began 'dive bombing' the pool. They also congregated around my sun lounger despite every other lounger there being available. I didn't know whether to stay in the pool or get out but I felt very uncomfortable. And finally, on my last evening I was on my private terrace and popped into my room for less than a minute, when I turned my back there was someone on my terrace, about to leave it with my relatively expensive ear pods in their hands. Such a shame because it's the clientele that frequent this hotel that ruin it, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful .

It was a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful with excellent service. The Staff was very friendly and courteous, especially Parvathi. She was very warm and cordial with my little one and always welcomed us with a smile. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful property to unwind with lots of entertainment in house facilities. The service was excellent with well trained staffs.Good selection of dishes at the restaurant. We were a corporate group of 46 pax. Had a wonderful 2 days with team building activities. Definitely coming back!

We had staying in gokulam grand resort. Its an amazing experience to my family. I specially appreciate friendly and helpful staffs to ensure a comfortable stay. the room are immaculate and top notch amenities.the room cleaning staff Mr: shinaj is helpfull of throughout our stay, mainly the check out time. the foods was so delicious and the service was really great. The menu offers a wide variety of items. I mustly come back to our another vaccation. I surely recommended to this resort in my families and friends!.👍 #401

We had visited this place in September 2024 with family. We had a memorable experience! The property is beautiful and well maintained. Additionally, there is a range of activities for all age groups which is part of the package.The staff is very attentive, prompt and professional!
