View A++, there's a cafe, and the area is clean. The price is attractive, but you'll need a powerful vehicle because the road leading here is quite challenging... it's steep and uneven.

This guesthouse is absolutely stunning! The moment we walked in, its charm captivated us. Mount Kinabalu was right there in our sights, and we could gaze at the entire mountain from the grassland in front of the house. The morning and evening views were simply breathtaking. The hosts' warmth was also incredibly heartwarming; they even prepared a hotpot dinner for us right outside their home, which was perfect for the slightly chilly weather. We also had a blast singing karaoke to our hearts' content. What a wonderful surprise!

The service provided by the staff was excellent. They were polite, friendly, and hardworking throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, with the fried mee hoon being a highlight. Staff are friendly & helpful. Location of hotel is a bit hard to get in and out to town bcos of the condition of the road. For about 600 metres, it is bumpy, winding & slopish road. Nice view of MT Kinabalu from hotel. Toilet only has a bottle of 2 in 1; so advisable to bring own shampoo & body wash.

Bathroom ceiling is mouldy so smells funky, not much amenities provided, paid RM290 for a basic room. Pretty pricey.

A bit of challenging road on the way to the place. But the view of Mt Kinabalu from this place is totally worth it. Customer service is good and hotel is clean and comfortable to stay based on my experience.
