It's a very old hotel. We have stayed there in the past, maybe in the 90's. The hotel has not been refurbished over the years. The doors cannot be locked from inside, and the locks provided can be opened from outside, the bathrooms had scratch marks; and did not have a modern look. The water stagnated in the tub and took a long time to drain off. The beds were comfortable. Food was good. We had lunch, snacks, dinner and breakfast. The fact remains that they have not painted the room walls for some time. .

Amazing food, best amenities, warm water swimming pool and water park like slides, enjoyed thoroughly with family. Only concern is with sliding doors installed for bathroom walls facing bed in some of the rooms. Choose your rooms wisely. Other than that it's the best place for every age group to enjoy.

Great staff and good place for kids as they can enjoy the water park. Also considering that the hotel is very old, they have taken efforts to maintain the property well

We booked a Junior Suite Room for 3 people directly from the website. This trip was supposed to be special for us and we had booked a Suite room directly thinking that this would make sure that the we get the best experience Fariyas has to offer. While we did get the room around 20-30 mins before the check in time, this was one of the only positives. The staff did not offer any welcome drinks. I had to ask about the services in the hotel as no one seemed interested in explaining it to us. It was a busy time, so I would like to give the team a benefit of doubt. During the stay, we noticed the room was only set up for 2 adults and while the housekeeping team was responsive via calls, I think the room should be set up as per the booked occupancy. Even during checkout when the desk was empty, no one at the front desk seemed to care of how the stay was. Just a transactional interaction. Overall I would recommend to consider other hotels and skip this one.

Tasty food with plenty of options to explore..Ambience of the resort is amazing also includes water park and indoor swimming pool. Also the staff here is extremely polite and professional..Must visit here with family and friends..Very satisfied on my visit here..
