The Hotel is located in the center of Kunming. Two metro lines just nearly. One line direct deserve the airport and the other one direct rich the south railway station. By foot one can go to the historical city center. We booked the suite 2026 which is very spacious with big windows, overview the city. The decoration is outdated. The bed is pretty old. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work well. Breakfast is very good. All the stuff are very helpful and friendly. Overall is not a real 5 stars hotel but the price is very fair for what you get.

Very friendly and attentive staff going the extra-mile. Hotel rooms are great and beds super comfortable. Modern hotel with a bar on the top-floor that provides a fantastic view over the city. Can absolutely recommend.

This was an absolutely lovely stay. The room was clean, and when the staff cleaned the room while I was out, they went above and beyond, organizing everything, and everything perfect. The staff was fantastic and very attentive, especially Sherry Aaron (thank you so much for everything!). Location, staff, rooms were all wonderful. Highly recommend.

I loved my stay at Hualuxe. I was able to talk to them through wechat before coming to confirm Covid-19 testing policies. The service was great, he hotel was clean, and the grounds are beautiful! The staff was very helpful and assisted me in booking a car to visit the Stone Forest. The location is far from the city. I loved being close to the lake and walked there a few times. Overall, it was a great stay!

The check-in is fast, the entrance is the same as the Sheraton, the front desk is available for check-in, the room is arranged according to the order, the Sheraton guest room is on the left, and the Delta Hotel is on the right. The bathrooms in the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there is voice control. It’s good to listen to some light music. The small refrigerator in the room works well, but there are no dishes in the room. If you want to find a dish to wash the fruit, there is no place to put it. The breakfast dining area is relatively large, and you can eat the same breakfast on both sides. That’s it It is better to separate the same food on both sides, but the roasted sweet potato cubes are cold, not freshly baked, and there are many outdoor dining tables,  If you are on a business trip nearby, you can live there. If you are doing business in the urban area, it is a bit far away. Personally, I feel that the location is a bit out of the way

The stay was very comfortable, the 2-meter bed was big enough, the breakfast was very rich, there were so many varieties, it was dazzling, you can eat 6 eggs per egg, hot orange juice, and yogurt sold in the mall, you can drink all kinds of coffee, flower cakes, hand-picked ones Pancakes, pancakes, fruits, etc. There are also popcorn, chicken buns, etc. in the children's area. The restaurant is very big. I took photos of them all. Overall, I am very satisfied.

This is my second time coming to Hailibinya. Now it is operated by Wanda. The management is more standardized than before. It closes at 10:30 in the evening, so I can sleep peacefully. It starts at 9:30 in the morning. If you like quietness, I recommend not choosing this option. Room next to the pool. The outdoor hot spring is very unique, and the internal hot spring is also very good. On the second floor, you can rest, watch movies, surf the Internet in the Internet cafe, and play billiards and table tennis.

The hotel is within the National Normal University, and it also bears the name of the Normal University institution. Overall it's okay, old-school four-star level. Stayed for two nights in a row. The room cleaning on the second day was not very good. There were hairs on the sink and there were no tea bags (but it doesn't matter if you live alone). The breakfast is very ordinary. It is recommended to add espresso or American style, not just G7 coffee (Vietnamese Nestle, awesome). The rice noodles are okay. The swimming pool and gym belong to the National Normal University. I have no experience with the hot springs, so I can’t comment. The biggest advantage is that you can go directly to the National Normal University from the swimming pool, which is very convenient. The scenery on campus is very good, including a small forest park. The hotel is the second best in the university town, the first is Hampton.
