Overall, it is quite satisfactory. First of all, the location: a chain hotel on the 29th floor above the Langyue Bay Commercial Plaza. There is a parking lot to enjoy free parking. The second is hygiene: the room is clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, the room has disposable slippers and electric mosquito coil liquid. Very good, like it. Finally, the hotel is equipped with a laundry room. Washing machines, dryers, irons are all available. Very user-friendly and convenient to wash clothes. If you are too late, you can contact the front desk or the room to help dry and send it to the room. Very satisfied! ! !

We booked this hotel mainly for its promixity to the train station, and it really did not disappoint! Just a few minutes walk away. The room itself was relatively okay, overall clean and beds comfortable, but there were weird white stains on the bedroom slippers, so we didnt use it. The walls of the room are very thin, and also there's construction happening at night nearby. However they do provide earplugs for this purpose. Another thing I was quite worried initially by was that the room's lock does not work at all. And the hotel staff said that all the locks on the room don't work because each hotel room is accesible only by its keycard. That is a minus point for me as perhaps I'm paranoid, but I'd like my locks to work and actually keep people out in the event there's a break in. We did not try the breakfast, but there's free coffee, tea and water at the lobby. Staff were friendly and welcoming overall.

The service attitude of the hotel staff was very good and made me feel very welcome. They always have a smile and provide warm service no matter where they are. I was very pleased with their positive attitude and ability to solve problems when I had issues during my stay. The hotel room is very clean and every detail is comfortable. The bed was comfortable and allowed me to get plenty of rest during my stay. In addition, the facilities in the room are complete, which made me feel very convenient. The location of the hotel is very convenient with a subway station nearby. If you are looking for an excellent hotel, I highly recommend this hotel.

酒店位置很好找，在學校旁邊，停車場就在酒店後院，特別近。定的高級大床房，房間很大很寬敞，一個人住很舒心。早餐10點結束，適合睡懶覺的人，品種很豐富，有雲南本地的小鍋米線，味道一級棒推薦大家嚐嚐。大堂有咖啡機，也有速溶咖啡，果汁，水果和餅乾，很不錯。很開心的入住體驗，下次還會入住。

I had only booked two nights and was going to Fuxian Lake, but the location was really convenient. Although the facilities were a bit old, I was more confident in chain hotels than B&Bs, as long as they were clean and tidy. I renewed the reservation for two more nights, and both Wawa and the elderly were very satisfied. Wawa lost the room card, and the front desk lady gave me a new card without saying a word, which was very warm. We haven't borrowed their freezer to store things, which was very warm and considerate. Although it's old, I will probably stay at their house again next time I come to Kunming.

The ladies at the front desk are very professional and enthusiastic. It is very convenient to stay here for the Yunnan Technician College exam. It takes only 20 minutes to walk there. You don't have to worry about not getting a taxi. You can go back to rest at noon. It's great
