Very friendly and helpful staff although they didn’t speak much English. They tried their best to help and provide suggestions and all. Hotel is very close you airport so perfect for early departure/ late arrival and free airport transfer was the best part- just add the 2nd phone number for wechat.

Super comfortable, the room is big and comfortable. There are snacks downstairs, and the cooking is OK. It is very close to the airport, and there is a free shuttle bus. The room smells so good, and the shower gel and shampoo are all orange-scented, which I like very much. This is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in since I came to Yunnan!
