They called to urge me to check out when I was one minute past the check-out time. The urging is understandable, but the way they spoke was very annoying. They told me to pay attention to the time. When I went out and saw the cleaning waiter, I told her that I was checking out, but she just ignored me. With this way of speaking and this service attitude, how dare you come to ask for good reviews?

The most important thing is that the hotel is newly opened this year. Not only is the decoration and design style beautiful, but it is also clean and hygienic! We must have stayed in several rooms for several days. The front desk service was enthusiastic and focused on a relaxing and pleasant stay experience! I experienced several room types and experienced different hotel styles without having to move luggage for a few days. I love it! I will come again next time!
