The room all are very clean and tidy. I choose the room which has projector, it was very nice to enjoy in the room. Hotel is near to the Kunming train station, alot of restaurants below the hotel. Free washing & drying in the hotel.

I needed a good hotel close to train station and picked tbis. It's withinf walking distance so that's a plus. The check in was very friendly and efficient. It seema to be quite a large hotel but feels more boutique. Recommended.

This hotel is conveniently near many local street food stalls and local restaurants which provide good food and friendly services. The prices of food are very reasonable and great value.
Hotel staff, especially the housekeeping, is very diligent and ensure the room is clean and sufficient bottle water.

I traveled to Yunnan with my friends and stayed at Ramada Encore Hotel in Xishuangbanna. I felt good. When I returned to Kunming, I continued to choose Ramada Encore Hotel. As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk clerk was very enthusiastic and gave me a free room upgrade. The room was large, well-planned, bright and spacious, clean and sanitary, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, and very comfortable; the bathroom and shower room were separated into dry and wet areas; the buffet restaurant had an elegant environment and rich varieties. The waiter saw that we brought our own water purifier and filter kettle, and gave us two more bottles of mineral water the next day. I was very satisfied with my stay at Ramada Encore Hotel this time, and I will continue to choose to stay next time I come to Kunming.
