是在小區裏面的民宿，客棧的名字不叫陽光客棧，而叫玫瑰客棧，所以自己不好找，最好打電話給老闆諮詢，客棧裏面的設施非常陳舊，但好在離海埂大壩近，出門拐左直走幾步就到了，拐右多走幾步就是地鐵站。

地理位置好，就在海埂大壩旁邊。性價比不是很高，但考慮到位置還算不錯。老闆為人熱情，周圍環境很好，很安靜

很差，真的很差，建議大家如果稍微在意一點衞生就不要選了，否則真的很影響心情，隔音不好環境臟亂差，半夜還有人隨意出入做飯喝酒聊天，真的一點也不建議入住。

最大優勢就是距離海埂大壩很近，出門走一會兒就能直接去喂海鷗， 房間裏床鋪、衞生間的衞生也乾淨，有個小陽台挺漂亮的。建議老闆門、床、空調都應該修一下了，大冬天的還好雙人床有個電熱毯，讓小孩睡還好點，另一張小點的床晚上睡着太冷了！
